We've used The Cleaning Authority over the past 2 years. While they started as a reliable cleaner, the last few months have been more sporadic, less of the attention to detail they put forth in the beginning. Yesterday was the last straw - we got a VM after 5 PM saying they couldn't come out to do our standard cleaning as they are understaffed. That cleaning was supposed to be the next day - so there was no warning. Looking back over the last few months it seems apparent there were staffing challenges - at least a different crew coming out to do our house - so we find it hard to believe they didn't have any notice beyond the night before. And while scheduling issues will happen and we can handle that, it's the fact that not only did they cancel our cleaning but then proceeded to say they can't reschedule it and won't be out to do our monthly clean until the next appointment which is ONE MONTH OUT. So, no, we won't be having you do any more cleaning as I in no way trust you'll be there next time either. In the future, if you're experiencing issues with staffing, I strongly recommend you take a more proactive approach to communicating that to your customers as they'll understand that...but not the 11th hour VM.
