They were very prompt in calling me back and arranging an immediate pickup for me...same day as I submitted my request. The 2 men who did the collection of my yard waste were very courteous, cleared my driveway incredibly fast, and were meticulous in making sure everything was picked up, even sweeping the drive for small concrete pieces. I will use them again.

Fast and effiecient

I had a positive experience with Junk King. Al promptly addressed my questions and showed up on time and was able to not only remove the junk out of our house from our former tenant - he also went above and beyond by 'sweeping' our garage, and walking around our property to ensure he collected all the trash in the yard from our negligent tenants. Since we manage the property remotely and rely on our contractors and realtor to keep things in order - this added measure of quality meant a lot. Thank you Al!

Junk King was very fast to respond. I had an estimate the first day and the job was completed on the second. They stayed in their estimate time frame. They did come in higher monetarily than what was estimated, but not by much. I was impressed that after removing everything from the garage, they swept it. Very good customer service.

I had a pile of old railroad ties and misc. pieces of wood which I wanted removed from my backyard. It was a tough job, as the wood had to be hand carried to the truck. The fellows were courteous, hard workers. They were quite worn out by the end but they handled the job without complaint to the very end. Great job and many thanks!
