Jake did a wonderful job and was very informative.

I entered a bid request on HomeAdvisor on a Sunday afternoon and Jake from 5 Star Garage Door texted me within minutes and then followed up with a call. They came out within an hour and replaced my rollers and installed my new replacement garage door opener and finished in under two hours for the price they quoted. Jake made sure I understood the functionality of the wall remote (I installed a top of the line Chamberlain) and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the installation. I highly recommend them.

I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. They responded to my emergency situation promptly and got me squared away on a temporary basis, then made arrangements to replace both my 30 year old garage door and opener (at my request, not their recommendation). The door had to be ordered and so the actual work took place a couple weeks after we made first contact. They arrived when they said they would and completed their work quickly and effectively. They were great about helping me set up access codes and walked me through the whole system. Before leaving, they made sure they had picked up the job site completely and replaced items I had stored in the garage that had to be temporarily relocated so they could remove and install the new door. I'm completely satisfied with the work these young men did for me and I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service they provided.
