A AARON'S PLUMBING

It went ok , but problem in bathroom sink came back a week later! What shoul happen?

Called on a Wed afternoon. They called back within 2 hours and said they'd be out 9:00 the next morning. The next morning, the field plumber called to confirm if it was Thu or Fri. I said it was Thu and he said he'd be right out. Got there about 9:30. Ran snake down the drain. It came back clean. He noticed that the faucet was dripping and explained this could be the problem; the water freezing and growing (like an icicle). For another $30 he said he could fix the drip. However, the parts he had were for a Delta faucet and we had a Kohler. I let him know we were planning to replace the sink/faucet. So, he only tightened it a bit at no additional charge. All in all, it was a Good experience. The price is what was advertised and reasonable. The person on the phone and the plumber that came to the house were professional.

This is a two part story - the first part went well.  The company arrived on short notice and fixed the problem - the work was guaranteed for a year.

3 months went by, and the problem reoccured.  We contracted the plumbing company in the morning who said they would have someone there shortly.  5 hours later we called to inquire as to how everything was going and were told the plumber ran out of gas and would be there in 1 hour.  Two hours later I called in and was told to call someone else.

They were really helpful and they educated me in a lot of plumbing regarding problems that I may run into. They explained to me what I should do if those problems were to happen. They were very nice people.

THE FIRST TECHNICIAN FROM A-AARON'S WAS HELPFUL. HE CAME TO MY HOME ON A SATURDAY AND HELPED ME GET MY WATER SHUT OFF. HE DETERMINED THAT THE LEAK WOULD BE TOO DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE TO FIX ON A WEEKEND AND SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE MORE EXPERIENCED BACK ON MONDAY. A PLUMBER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE FIRST THING. I HAD TO CALL THE DISPATCHER WHEN THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP. THE TECH SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE WITH A ''PERSONAL ISSUE'' AS HIS EXCUSE. HE PROCEEDED TO SPEND 2 HOURS IN MY HOME, RIPPED A HOLE IN MY KITCHEN SHEETROCK AND THEN DETERMINED HE COULDN'T FIX IT. HE LEFT AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE BACK. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I CALLED THE DISPATCHER AND THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL OR POLITE. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBER WHO CAME THE NEXT DAY TO REPAIR THE LEAK. 3 MONTHS LATER THEY HAD THE NERVE TO BILL ME FOR THE WORK THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETED. I CALLED TO REFUTE THE BILL AND HAVEN'T HEARD BACK SINCE.
