Hi [Member Name Removed]. You have made it clear that you want to try and hurt my business. Your comments are copied/pasted from your post on YELP and below is my reply that I have already given regarding this matter and again we take full responsibility for this mishap. We do not accept work we cannot handle and in fact can turn jobs faster than most competition. Folks can see from the +300 reviews we have on various sites that we take our business seriously along with the nearly 3000 jobs we've done in the past 5 years. This was a non-service matter and all I can say is that I have coached my staff and how to not have this happen again. Notes from July 8th, 2021: Thanks for your review & have spoken to Lee. As the owner of this franchise, I take it very seriously to provide a positive experience every time. I was not aware of this situation as we have many estimates to complete and I count on Lee and others for doing their job. By all accounts we dropped the ball on this one and want to publicly let you know that it'[Member Information Removed] unacceptable and I expect more from my employees. It is correct that our schedule is extremely full with projects and we should have consulted with each other to see what could be done for moving projects around to accommodate you and completing this in one day as we do on so many other occasions. Hello [Member Name Removed]....appreciate your notes however.....we met Dec.11th & you have just 1 small bathroom to paint. I explained our minimum charge & how it's better to have a minimum 2-3 areas to paint in order to have a crew show up. I further explained it may be better to have an independent painter do this project as we are a franchise system and have many other jobs booked for December. Additionally, our business is shut down the last 2 weeks of Dec. due to the holidays falling in the middle of the week so there's not much time this month for completing your project. Not sure why the rating and I take great pride in our business model so if there's something else I'm missing then I would enjoy another conversation.
