We needed someone to fix the ceilings of the home that we just purchased. It appeared to have water damage from ice damning. Keith's bid came in a little higher, but we felt really good about him. During the project, poor workmanship from previous owners or their contractors was uncovered making are big project significantly bigger. Ultimately, he did a fabulous job and really went the extra mile (or ten, or a thousand) to make sure that our repairs were done RIGHT. The quality shows not only in the final product, but in each step along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Chavie for any job large or small. We will be calling him again!

Did a great job, cleaned up well and did not cut corners. We appreciated tahat Keith spent extra time doing prep work (scraping more of the walls down to the lathe than initally planned) before putting on the skim coat to ensure he got to the root of the problem.

Only complaint is that, after Keith had agreed to perform the project, Keith didn't contact me after I had left him messages in an attempt to find out when he would be able to start work. On the other hand, his work appears to be first rate.

Excellent experience. Timely, technically competent, respected cleanliness of host premises, civil and well spoken gentleman. One man operator, which means highly personal service from "the boss" himself, but also requires appropriate scheduling if the job is big. All worked very well for us. Price seemed very reasonable and the quote was straightforward; no surprises in final bill. Highly recommend.

My ceiling required repair from a hole left from an old light fixture . The ceiling texture was a potential challenge . Two other contractors told me it wouldn't match. I am very pleased with the job Keith had conducted. The job Keith had completed was exceptional! The ceiling repair is invisible.....you would never know the history by looking at it, and.....I am VERY particular. He even cleaned up after himself. Keith also removed moldy dry wall and replaced that. Again, I can not say enough for the work Keith had done. Thanks Keith - a great job, well done. PS I never met Keith prior to this . I would hire him for other project
