Response was prompt. Keith arrived on time for estimate, and explained exactly what work he believed was needed, assuring me that a much more expensive project I anticipated was not necessary. He immediately went to the store, returned with a few supplies, and had the job done in a couple hours. Amiable personality, good clean-up, professional quality work.

Keith's customer service is top notch. This was our first project with him and his work was phenomenal. We noticed a couple areas that needed slight touch up after he was complete and with one phone call the next morning, Keith was at our house within an hour. Keith also went above and beyond his initial quote by helping my less-than-handy husband smooth out the corner of our wall that had just been removed. He was a great man to work with and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.

He was on time, worked rapidly, cleaned up after himself, and after vacuuming the entire carpet, he used our vacuum cleaner to make certain he picked up everything. He is a very pleasant man and I would certainly ask him to come again if we had a problem in any other room. He was great; he explained very well what he was going to do after we explained what we wanted done. I also went beyond that a did a few extra things that he notice on our walls that we hadn't noticed before and fixed them.
