Scott, the owner and operator, from K&S Plumbing is great to work with. He was the plumber for a major renovation of my house in 2014. He did everything from laying pipes to installing the faucets. After we moved in there were minor and expected issues. Scott was always responsive and professional. For the past four years there have been ZERO issues. I called him a week ago to see if he could come look at a faucet that was not working correctly and a sump pump alarm that kept going off. I told him it would be minor and may not even require an hour of his time. He said "no problem" and was at my house in a few days. Well, I was right. It did not take an hour. It took him 10 minutes! I fully expected and would have been willing to pay for an hour of his time (isn't that usually the minimum?). Instead, he didn't charge me and asked to think about him in the future when something big goes down. I absolutely will be calling him and highly recommend his services.
