RON'S TV & VIDEO REPAIR

Ron fixed our TV very quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend people bring their TVs to him before generating more electronic waste:)

Ron was great to work with, short lead time, quality work, average (or slightly better) price, but great work!

I had to call him after a month of no contact. I was told that the part shipped had something wrong with it, and that I should be patient. 2 months later, I had to call again. Apparently, the part "just arrived last week" (yeah, right), and he had other customers to get to and forgot about my work (just what a customer wants to hear). The only time they actually called me was to say the TV was ready. When I drove out there, I saw a note on the door saying they were gone for 90 minutes. Would have been nice to know that before I left. When we finally got our TV back after 3 months, it blinked out again in 20 minutes. All in all, not a positive experience.

I didn't expect him to come out the day I called nor that he would have the part in stock. Plus very reasonable charges.

Ron was very prompt in coming out to our house to check why our TV had no picture and only sound. Unfortunately we did need a new TV but we were able to order right from Ron. A few days later he came to our house with our new TV and installed and set everything up for us. This was especially helpful as we are seniors and need all the help we can get! Thanks to Ron we are enjoying our favorite shows again. We would highly recommend Ron for any TV repairs or replacements.

I took Ron an expensive inverter that had failed to see if he could fix it. Because the factory wouldn't release any service information, Ron wasn't able to help, but I knew going in that it was a long shot. I offered to pay him for his time in checking it out, but he refused - repeatedly. I walked away impressed that Ron is the kind of guy you can trust to do an honest job, and that he's not going to gouge you.
