Not well. I bought a living social coupon and called the owner to schedule. At first Michael said that it was the end of the season and he would honor it in the spring, then it was that he was going on vacation and would set up appointments after he returned. Finally - when I called in May, June and July - he would say, I'm busy, can you call back in a couple of weeks. After 6 months, I checked on living social and he had marked my coupon as redeemed. I never used it - had to hire someone else and lost out on the $99- that I'd already paid to him. Not happy at all.

Michael and his partner were really nice. Michael met me at Home Depot to help me choose the flooring. He was quick to respond to phone calls and emails overall. I was satisfied.

Completely accountable and honest. "Materials plus time" always makes me nervous because it depends upon the contractor being honest and hard working but Cornaire is that. Every penny accounted for and no goofing off. this allowed for designing and redesigning on the fly with no bad feelings on anyone's part and the result: a skilled job.

Michael refinished our hard wood floors in two rooms and they are beautiful. He also repaired our historic textured plaster in a couple of spots. We've had this done before and Michael was much more reasonable and did a much better job than previous folks. He also painted the room. Everything was perfect; his attention to detail is phenomenal. Michael is prompt, professional, friendly, and meticulous. I plan to use him again in our new house! I'm not sure that the price I quoted above was actually what we paid (can't remember) but his pricing is very reasonable.

Michael Cornaire from Cornaire Construction was true to his word. He arrived as promised, did the work as promised, purchased all necessary paint, supplies and wood needed to complete the project. He was professional, competent and explained everything that was going to be done and offered tips to save money throughout the entire project. His work was very, very good. The rooms looked fantastic, and was completed as promised. We called when a crack in the corner of new drywall appeared, he came right over, explained what happened and made the repair at no cost to us. I would highly recommend Michael Cornaire and Cornaire Construction without reservation.

Michael is the best I have ever used. He is reliable and professional. He has many good ideas but listens to what the customer wants. Outstanding work!

It went great. He was prompt in coming out to the house and getting us an estimate. He was fantastic and kept me up to date with all the work that was being done.

I totally trust these guys enough to leave them alone to work in my house. They clean up after themselves and do their best to make sure you aren't inconvenienced. They are very open and honest and will communicate anything about their business and the work they're doing. They do very high quality work. My husband is a carpenter and he was very pleased with what they did. They consult you at every step to make sure you get what you want and they give suggestions along the way. They originally gave us an estimate for $6,000 including materials to replace the floor. We actually had them working for us for an additional week because I had them do some extra work, so the price ended up being $7,000. I felt that the price was more than fair. They're just nice, warm people. I've recommended them to lots of my friends and I'll continue to recommend them.

Michael was extremely reliable, cost conscious, and neat. He went above and beyond in all categories. He listened to my ideas, as well as inputting ideas from his experiences. From the tile work, to the cabinets, to the drywalling and painting everything is PERFECT! He stays in communication all the way through the project. I will definately be having him do remodeling in the future!
