A job well done

We had Gutter Helmet installed a few years ago on part of our house. Every year they call and ask if we are having any problems and if we want to have the rest of the gutters covered. We tell them about the problems that we are having - leaks over the three porches. They agree to do a service call and set up a time. They insist that both husband and wife are home at that time. A supervisor calls back shortly to verify the appointment but says that the appointment is to do an energy analysis and will take one hour. When we tell them that we don't want an energy analysis, sometimes they agree to just come and do the service call but at other times say that the service call will cost $99. The two times that they agreed to come to do a free service call, they never showed up and did not call to cancel the appointment. We were satisfied with the gutter guards when they were first installed and recommended Gutter Helmet to one of our friends. Subsequently they had Gutter Helment installed on all their eaves troughs. We were supposed to receive something like $500 or more for making the referral. We received nothing. They said that they had made a presentation to our friends. However, our friends agreed to have the gutter guards installed after and because of our recommendation - not because or after the presentation by Infinity.

They came in worked hard got it done and cleaned up after themselves. We felt it was expensive though.

We are very happy with the finished project. There was a mix-up between the one who gave the estimate and the actual contractor as to the size of the gutter to be repaired.

The men who did our remodel were very good at what they do, I would recommend them to any one. Robert Lint

Danny and Chris, the two workers who serviced my bathroom, were very polite and went to great lengths to please me. I will highly recommend Infinity Home Improvement to anybody needing this type of work done. I love my new shower. It looks and works great!!!

They rescheduled 3 times. Two calls to the manager were unreturned. When I requested my money back, they finally came. I wasn't there for the estimate, and they made my wife pay in advance. Who does that?

Fast scheduling and carryout

The workers were great.

On time, professional, and courteous from quote to finish! The damage to the soffit and fascia was on the 3rd floor and required tricky ladder positioning. Handyman started but didn't finish the job because of the tricky location and Ashbaugh Bldrs scheduled the job but was never heard from again. So thank you Infinity - we will turn to you first in the future!

They were very professional and did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommended!

/They haven't done anything but take our money so far. They sounded real promising and knowledgeable, however they canceled the installation, which was scheduled for today, saying they didn't have the skylight. They day (9/11/15) they came out and we gave them 1/2 down, they called their office and said they had a skylight in stock and ask if the 25 would be good for installation, which we agreed to. They called on the 23 rd and said they had not received the skylight????? And said they would call when they got it in. We have water leaking in our main bathroom ceiling light, fortunately we haven't had any rain and have tarped the roof. We need it fixed.

Customer service, scheduling, communication was a complete disaster. But when the installer(John Hunt) did finally finish he did an excellent job. The problem was a 1 day job ended up being 10 days.
