GEN POWER PRODUCTS

I had a big argument with their emergency service. They start to charge you for the emergency the time their techs leave the house, and the tech leaves an hour away. Let's say he is at my house in Birmingham, and his next stop is 10 minutes away, the next customer gets charged just for the 10 minutes. I called other companies, and they said they will charge me by the hour, from the time they arrive at my house. I am made at them, but they do a good job. It is not professional, and the guy said that all the companies do that, and he said they were competitive. They did reduce that charge though. I have been using them a number of years. They are good, and my generator seems to work most of the times when the power goes out, and my experience has been good with them so far.The quality of the generator is good, and I had a couple of times when animals got under the wires and chewed them, and they came and fixed that. They are responsive, and punctual. The guy came to do a maintenance, and the guy came and knocked on my door, and said that he was supposed to be down the street but there was too much snow, and he couldn't go there, so he asked if he could do my generator. I liked that. I felt like they remembered I was their customer. I like their pricing and the way they send the reports. They are professional. I liked the he went and registered my complaint, and then they knocked my emergency price down.
