Fixed broken pipe and sprinkler head

If you want to spend double the amount - go with these guys. Don't have any issue with the workmanship - I like them. But the cost wasn't worth the work. What threw me off is the charges for the parts (valves and sprinklers) - they put 3-5 times market price. If they are doing major work - I get it if you charge for the labor - but not for the parts.

Easy to work with! On time and done right! What more do you need? 1-2-3! Recommend this company. Very easy to schedule too!

John contacted me right away, did the job. Did what he said he was going to do. He's an honest hard working guy and I saved his number to use again.

I hired them to winterize my sprinkler system knowing that they charged me $40 before. They did not say anything about rate increase. the repair guy came and told me a Valve was blown out and needs to be changed and it costs $75. I had no choice but go with the repair. He finished his work but valve was not changed. I asked him about it and he said he had to change an small plastic piece inside (a 5-7 dollars piece which took him a couple of minutes to change). I asked will you still charge me$75? He said it is the going rate. Then he gave me a $130 invoice. This is considering I have never paid more than $35 to $40 for winterizing before, I called his boss and he said I am lucky they didn't charge me more because as It gets colder they double their rates. I paid the invoice but I will never use them again and I will report them to our subdivision association to make sure they never work here.
