He said, actually when I have something else to call him. He said he wanted to come back because he was here before and he knew the problem. When I talked to him he had remembered me and he said he would for sure some but he never showed up. I went out and bought a new garage door opener and fixed it might. I would not recommend him for anybody else. He was no help whatsoever.

Good price. There was a problem during the installation. The installers called the foreman and owner out. He told me that there was a problem but, he needed to discuss the issue with his installers. 45 minutes later after they had installed the door I was told that the entire left side of the garage door wood frame was rotten and needed to be replaced. They managed to reverse the brackets that the railings attached to in order to get into some semi solid wood to get the door installed. I should have been told immediately that there was an issue but, they knew that I would have halted the installation until the rotten wood was replaced. After they left I noticed some gaps in the vinyl weather striping. I called the owner and he said, that he would he would be out to correct it. Never heard from him again. So, I had to worry about the door railings collapsing causing possible damage to the new garage door until the spring when I was able to get the rotten wood replaced.
