snow removal, came late in day after having to call several times, on each time needed. was needed earlier so I could get down drive and go to work, but as stated above had to keep calling for them to come out. I wrote letter and called to cancel and spoke with owner asked for money back, prorated. would pay for what service done but want money back for remainder amount paid up front for services not rendered. he agreed, only I have not received any money back.

Was out of town during a huge snowfall. Two days later my husband returned home & couldn't enter the driveway (in an SUV). Since husband works 14 hour days before and after taking time off, and the city snow plows had been down the street, it was impossible for him to remove. I called TLC from out of town (from Angieslist!). Dispatcher said a couple more inches of snow were to fall that night and his trucks would be out for it and though he couldn't promise when, it would be done before 8am the following day. All I wanted was for him to drop a plow & clear the END of my drive. 8am came & went. No plow. My husband said snow had fallen, but not much. I called the phone number again and this time they didn't answer. I left a message asking them to call and let me know if they were going to do the work. Never heard another word from them. Total blow off. Yep, that's a pun. While the price I was quoted was high, I felt it was fair for the circumstances. Obviously, it wasn't high enough to get any service. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you don't care about reliability. Nearly 4 weeks later, the snow is melting in my driveway and it's quite a hump to get over in our 4 wheel drive vehicle. The sedan is in the street.

They come early on snow days, and do a good job. It's sometimes hard to reach someone on the phone, and messages may not be returned, but when you leave a detailed message the task is taken care of. Pricing is competitive.
