I want to say that first off ... anyone that has something bad to say about this man just misunderstood him. He has come a long way in building his dream and personally I feel he is doing an excellent job if not fantastic to help customers build or remodel their homes. He is a lil hard to understand so you have to make sure you ask every question u want answered. He is very personable and I love that about him. The work is professional and he will be honest with you and help you save money at the same time. He will not let his staff leave without making sure the area is cleaned. So all those other haters out there... it nist have been miscommunication because if u wanted to use your original material he will do it unless he think it will cause any future issues. I highly recommend this company if you want real, down to earth no beating around the bush service. He does not sugarcoat or try to sell u more than what you need .

I bought a new house and hired Joe to completely gut out and remodel 4 bathrooms, gut out the laundry room, add some laminate floors, paint the whole house and change the carpet. He gave me a great deal and said all materials were on me and he would take care of the labor and hire all necessary people he needed to get the job done. Little did I know that halfway into the job he tells me that when he paints the doors if I wanted the hardware changed he would charge me for putting new ones on instead of putting the old ones back on. Why did I need to pay him extra? Was not that part of the labor? What difference did it make to put the old ones on or new ones? He also told me that once he paints the ceiling, if I wanted new light fixtures up instead of the old ones, there will also be an extra charge. Was not that also part of the labor? I did not think I needed to ask about these things when we said he did all labor and I got all materials. My biggest problem started 7 months later when the upstairs bathroom which he completely gutted out and remodeled started leaking downstairs and destroyed the ceiling now I have a drywall that is cut out and a bucket that is catching all the water. Joe was called numerous times to come to check out the leak. He would look at it and say I will come back later, or tomorrow or I am busy, or I will come back next week. It took him 3 months to finally come out in which he tried to silicone it twice in a matter of a week. Then called someone to come to check it and he told Joe that the floor of the shower was not put in correctly therefore it is causing the leak and needed to be replaced. Joe did not like what he said so he texts me the next day and says he cannot fix it for another 2 months because everyone is busy. Sorry but this was not acceptable. I told him he needed to fix it A.S.A.P or I will find someone and send him the bill. He had the nerve to tell me that he is not responsible for the leak, will not pay more than $400, his insurance will not cover it, and I never got a permit for it. Wait a minute! He is the contractor in which I hired to do the job and pull out any and all necessary permits needed to finish the job I entrusted him with. How am I to know what permits are needed when I was never informed? Joe tells you what you want to hear and then hits you hard with extra charges and brings in employees that do not know what they are doing. he does not take responsibility for his mistakes and tries to stiff you with the damages.

I was unjustly served by this particular business. I was definitely not satisfied as a result of the outcome of the overall situation. I personally feel that this should be taken care of by the contractor and the damage should be covered by the company to repair the wall completely at his expense. Joe did not keep his word! TRUTHFULNESS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ANYONE?S PROFESSION. AND THE LACK THEREOF PROVES WHO THEY REALLY ARE! HE DESTROYED A $5,000 MIRROR, THAT WAS A FAMILY HEIRLOOM! I WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN! AS FAR AS I?M CONCERNED, HE IS A LIAR, AND AN EMBARRASSMENT TO HOME ADVISOR/ANGIE?S LIST!

Joe was great - responsible, hard working and did a great job! I definitely will use him again.

Joe was supposed to come yesterday and made an excuse and was supposed to come back today. I told him when he came, he needed to do the work and not just look at it. He showed up early and then said he was leaving and would come back at 4 instead. This was not acceptable. I needed the job done as I requested, in one trip. He was loud and woke up the neighbors and he left. I sent him a text to not bother coming back. He sent back an inappropriate text.

Great communication with setting appointment. Fair pricing and overall phenomenal service. My issues were solved and he explained what he was doing prior and was prompt in arrival and serving the jobs I needed done around my condo. 10/10 recommend and will be using in the future. Thank you for your help!

We worked on a project together, he was the project manager for my business and everything he has done was beautiful. He's communicative and dedicated to doing the work to our budget. He's authentically caring and has high quality execution. We're going to be reaching out to him for another project!

He's a very good honest guy that is helpful and I would recommend him to anybody.
