SUBURBAN PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

Description of Work: Apparently, I used Suburban years ago but I did not remember. My new experience is unbelievably bad. I called Suburban and asked for them to come out and clean my house. I agreed on their price of $150.00 plus for 3 hours and they said they would be out in two days. I then get a call from Suburban, the woman said, we cannot clean your home. I asked why and she said that they had cleaned my house before and her notes say "never to come back". I was shocked because I don't remember, it had to be a long time ago. I said can you be more specific? Did I tell you not to come back? The woman said, she could not say but she talked to some girls in the office and they are not coming back! I said, I will have to report this on Angie's list, do you think you might want to tell me what happened? She said, nope and hung up.

Description of Work: A cleaning crew of 2 to 3 women clean my 3500-square foot house every other week. They do all the basic cleaning, change the sheets on the beds, hand-wash the floors. They have a checklist of items that they consider part of a basic, thorough cleaning. They give you the a copy of the checklist. One limitation: if a task is not on the checklist, they will not do it. For example, they will not iron the sheets for the beds and they will not clean the windows on my doorwalls. They charge $22.00/hour per person with a minimum.

Description of Work: They performed a basic house cleaning but what they do is not basic. They went above and beyond what I expected and did a fantastic job. Bathrooms were very clean and sanitized (not my favorite job) kitchen floors were washed by hand and all surface areas dusted along with the baseboards cleaned. They did an outstanding job. A two person team was sent out and done in approx 2 hours.
