 + -1 moreThe hard drive failed on my laptop. At first they didn't have the one I needed but were expecting some in a few days. The guy at the counter suggested trying another electronic store if I didn't want to wait, but to make sure I got an IDE hard drive, not one of the newer SATA drives, which had a different type of connection. The salespeople at the electronic store tried to sell me a SATA drive-- turns out that's all they had. They're just told to push a certain product, don't know an IDE from a SATA. So I went back to Marshall's a couple of days later and got a refurbished drive with more gigabytes than the original for a great price.
Description of Work: Sold me a hard drive for my laptop.
