Whenever I asked if they could do something, the response was a cheery " No Problem" and they did it.

Description of Work: Lakeside Lawn & Landscaping performed an initial cleanup of the property, which newly acquired was in some disarray. The cleanup consisted of pushing back the property boundaries that nature had encroached upon, redefining pathways, and debris removal. To accomplish this Lakeside mowed, weed whipped, heavily trimmed, and collected sticks and fallout from the aforementioned. Initial work came out to $265. After this prep work, we started on a mowing/trimming regiment on an as needed basis (depending on lawn growth), but about once every week or week and half for $50. Lawn is about 2 acres and significantly hilly.

Description of Work: We initially hired them through the Big Deals. They are fantastic!We have a big yard on a lake. They did all the mowing, trimming, edging, and tree trimming. They took out rocks, and did the mulching. That job was probably $2000. We hired them also to do mowing throughout the year. They do our sprinkler system seasonally.

Description of Work: Spoke with Owner, and he when out to the property immediately! Called me back with a quote and suggestions. Since I am from out of town, arrangements had to be made for the services. Owner was very willing to work with me an my crazy schedule. Upon arriving in the city, I phoned him to see what we could do, he and his crew were out with in a few hours. OMG, would be an understatement of what he and his Team did. He told me he would be done in a day, but I never believed it. To my surprise, he was, and the place looked amazing. I ask him to do things we didn't speak about, and he was more than willing to accomodate my needs. He was very honest with his opinions regarding my requests, and open with other ideas he had. The Owner suggested items, but was never pushy nor made me feel bad if I couldn't afford to do it then. A few requests I had, the Owner suggested that I not do them, as he felt they were a waste of money. I walked the property and was amazed at how beautiful he made it. My only wish was that I had oodles of money so he could do all sorts of magic. We have already scheduled another date to come out and tidy up before an event I'm having, and my plan is to hire him on a monthly basis to keep the property fresh looking. I would highly recommend their services. Please note, I was a hotel inspector for many years, I'm, very picky and normally never totally happy with service individuals - but not with Lakeside, they exceeded all of my expections.

Description of Work: Travis performed a Spring cleanup for me which included trimming all of my bushes, cleaning the lawn and flower beds as well as cleaning the the beach and raking up the stones on the beach.
