They do a fantastic job.

We were billed for 6 hours of service. There were two girls. It does not take 6 hours to clean my house and the house in no way looked like it had been cleaned for six hours.

It went awesome! They consistently do a great job!

Excellent service provided over several months. Always easy to contact and responsive via e-mail for scheduling and great professionalism from ladies doing the cleaning. Almost always the same team come to our house. Our family is moving and we wish we could bring our cleaning crew with us!

The young ladies who came to my home were very responsible and hard working.

I will start with the only positive. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and polite. That is where the positive ends. I left a key for the cleaning team who were scheduled to arrive at the empty home around 10:30am with an estimated completion time of around 2:30pm based on the size of the house/types of rooms. I arrived shortly before 1pm and the team had already left. This was the first red flag. As I mentioned, this was supposed to be a deep, one-time cleaning and could not be completed in such a short amount of time. As I walked around I realized that most of the items were just not done. None of the cabinets had been wiped clean inside or out. I could still see fingerprints/food splatters on the outside of the cabinets and the insides of the drawers were covered in dust and crumbs. The kitchen countertops were not even wiped down. The baseboards and windowsills in the kitchen had coffee and food splatters on them. All of the baseboards throughout the house had a layer of dust and grime on them. There were still toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirrors and the inside of the bathroom drawers had hair and make-up in them. The built-in desk and bookshelves in the office had not been dusted at all. I could see the layer of dust, I didn't even need to run my hand over them. It appeared that the only things that were completed were the kitchen appliances, toilets, tubs and the hardwoods were swept. I immediately called the office and explained that these items (all included in their description of this move-in cleaning and not specially requested by me) were not done. The lady I spoke with was apologetic and said they would send the team out the next day. The team arrived and I pointed out all of the things that had not been done and reiterated that I had requested the move-in deep clean and would like all of those items completed. I went downstairs to wait for them to complete the job. Within 30 minutes, the team came to get me. I again did not believe that all of the items could possibly be completed during this time. I asked specifically, and quot;You wiped down all the baseboards in all of the rooms?and quot; and the response from the team leader was and quot;Yesand quot;. I did a walk-through with them and again pointed to all the glaringly obvious things that had not been (i.e. food splatters and black grime on the baseboards, grimey fingerprints on the doors, etc.). The team cleaned the specific items that I pointed out and said they were done and ready again for my final walk-through. I again pointed to items that were still not done. This went on for about two hours. It was like I had to point to every inch of baseboard, every individual window, door, cabinet. It was frustrating to say the least and after two hours with my toddler in tow, I was done. I hired them to save me time, not to waste it. Even though there were still many items not done, I told them that they could leave. Of all the different services I've hired throughout the years for my home (painting, tiling, full remodels) this was the worst and most disappointing experience. It was as if the cleaning team wanted to do as little as possible and would only do things if I specifically pointed them out. I will never hire them again and would never recommend them to anyone. I did call the company again to give them feedback and again they were apologetic and reduced the hourly rate charged from the estimate given. However, I would have rather gotten quality service and paid full price. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly the job was done and would caution anyone not to hire this company.

The ladies are sweet hearts - they get in on time, and get right to work. We're busy, so my house may need a little more weekly work, but they do a nice job. The first deep clean took about 2 hrs, but now the girls are in and out in around an hour. They bring everything, and they leave a checklist of what they did - and (usually) leave chocolates. The office staff are very responsive, and overall we're very pleased with the company, their service, and their staff.

Decent general cleaning. Wife went back around and got the spots that were missed, i.e. some top shelves, dishwasher and other areas not readily visible. One thing of concern was that our light fixture in the powder room over the mirror was scratched up pretty bad to where it is noticeable when you walk in. We had just finished remodeling that bathroom. We are guessing that whoever cleaned the light fixture was wearing a diamond ring and rubbed it up against the fixture plate while dusting the lights. Gave us a sick feeling when we saw that but otherwise a decent general cleaning.

3 cleaners arrived on time. Asked if I had anything I wanted them to pay special attention to. I showed them the house quickly, introduced our dog and left. When I returned 4 hours later the house was wonderful. A few details were missed (hard water around the sinks, wiping the doorwall track, bathroom wall was wiped but streaked). You can contact them within 24 hours and they will make it right. I just spray CLR and took care of the things myself took less than 20 minutes. Overall the house was spotless, movies organized, toys were moved for vacuuming. Little details, folding the toilet paper and towels just so, organizing shelves with products to look tidy. If you are having a party, HIRE them the day before! It took a couple of emails to get an invoice and be charged. We were happy with services.

They have done a very good job. They're up to date electronically, we communicate by email confirming the appointment date. They come with a team and they leave a list of what they did; when I check their work I see that they did everything on the checklist. They're also very accommodating.
