It was very good. The technician arrived early and completed the service even though it was raining. The cost was very reasonable.

The company responded quickly and completed what I asked them to do.

Many services will only sell a 'package'.. I asked for specific items only and they were happy to comply! Their prices are awesome. I am a professional with degrees in Weed Science, and have never hired anyone to do my large lawn before, but I really like this company and will continue to use them.

This company invoiced us for a treatment that was not done. On the date that the alleged service occurred, they did not leave a yard sign or report on the lawn condition or any other paperwork. They were not seen on motion activated security cameras and there was no apparent granular fertilizer on the lawn. When they emailed their report, it showed bare spots and a thin lawn. Recommended aeration and seeding. This was on three month old sod. Clearly not our lawn. Despite explaining this many times in letters, emails and phone calls, they are now threatening to take us to small claims court for non payment! And yet, they have not ever answered the repeated emails, letters or phone calls. If I could give them a zero in all categories I would do that.

Great communication with me. Gave me an estimated date when I placed my order, sent me emails to keep me informed, scheduled me at the beginning of the estimated period, arrived on the scheduled date, and completed the job. Fertilized and weed killer were applied. Weed killer was a liquid and the fertilizer was granular.

Stay away from this company. Their service was horrible.

We have had several times where the lawn was streaked after they fertilized, as if they had left large gaps. Sometimes, their weed killer landed in our flower beds and killed plants. The weeds, however, remained healthy. The violets have spread and there are still dandelions. They is the reason I am now shopping for a new lawn company.

This is a very dishonest company. We agreed on services to be done and our yard looked worse last summer then it did when we hired them. We know they lied about doing a couple of the services and our neighbor said she saw them sitting in their truck in front of our house for half an hour then putting a bill in our door. Its hard to get a hold of anyone there and if you do they are very nasty, especially Stephanie. Please think long and hard before hiring lush lawn. The only thing that will be lush in your yard will be brown spots, grubs, and weeds. Shame on you Lush lawn!
