They did the work promptly as promised while I was away.

Paul Labuhn sent a technician to treat the house the next morning. The technician, Rob Williams, inspected every corner of the house and treated it with bait for mice. Although Paul did not feel I needed a follow-up visit, he sent Rob the next morning to see if any mice had been caught in the traps that were set. Rob came out a week later for another walk-through and will follow up one more time when the owner of the house returns. Paul went out of his way to provide service above and beyond the typical service provided by a pest control company. He provided complimentary follow-up service several times as well as a cabinet pick-up a week later for garbage day, although this was not part of the original agreement. Paul was interested in my satisfaction with his company's service to the utmost. The technician, Rob Williams, was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, professional, thoughtful, dedicated to his job, and interested in the customer's satisfaction of the work performed. The service provided by Maple Pest Control is so above and beyond expectations in today's "self-service ... no customer service" America that I still cannot believe the high quality and level of service provided. I highly recommend this company without any reservations!

Representative was called on Sunday and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. He came on time and located what was thought to be the place they were entering the house. He sprayed on all three floors and gave instructions on what to do after he was finished, regarding pets and cleaning the sprayed areas. He was very professional. Although he said it might take up to a month to eliminate them, I have seen any live ones since.

Arrived on time with the right equipment. Did the work quietly and efficiently, provided some tips on pest control and helped identify an insect that I had noticed inside my house (wood roach). I have definitely seen a decrease in insects inside the house, so would recommend their services. The no-contract theme is useful, though they still charge more for the first service and less for subsequent services.

They had to come twice because they didn't give it enough the first time. They came right away and when the wasps weren't dead, they came back. I like that they are local and that they didn't charge to come back. The next is in the attic so they had to treat outside where the wasps were going in and out. I didn't compare their price with anyone else but it was less than I thought that it would be.

Everything went very well. They were very professional and took care of the problem quickly. They gave me tips on preventing infestations for the following year. They did not overcharge me, and the price was reasonable for the work they did. They were extremely helpful, and are just a great company.

They were polite and straight to the point. They came out and did the job when they said they would. Their prices are competetive with everyone else.

They came out very quickly to take care of everything. They found the hole that they were getting in through quickly, patched it, and put up some material to kill the wasps. They were about ninety five percent effective. They were very responsive and I felt that they did a pretty good job.

When I called in the morning they said they could come out that evening. We already patched a hole in the ceiling which the yellow jackets made the night before. I left for a while in the afternoon to come home to several yellow jackets flying around our great room. I sprayed Black Flag again on the area, killed as many yellow jackets as I could find and called Maple Lane Pest Control again. The gentleman said he would try to be there as soon as possible. I only had to wait about and hour and a half before the serviceman showed up. He sprayed a substance in the hole the yellow jackets made in the great room and then went outside to spray more in the area they were entering from the outside. Very professional and friendly. He said if there were any remaining pests in the next few weeks he would come back out and spray again.

A visit was scheduled within a week of when I called for service. The technician was supposed to come at noon and he called at 11:30 to state that he would be 15 to 20 minutes late. He showed up as promised.He took the time to answer my questions.

Called to make an appointment for preventative service and left message on answering machine. They returned my call within an hour and were very professional. I made an appointment for the following week, when I was planning to be home from work. The technician arrived within the window of time they said he would. He was professional, conscious of making sure he didn't bring dirt into my house. (He said he would spray inside first, then go outside in order to not track dirt into my house). He took his time and sprayed all baseboards inside (including basement ceiling where it is not finished). He also recommended things for me to do outside to keep insects from getting into the windows. I received a $10.00 discount because I'm an Angie's member.

The appointment started on time and was complete in approximately 30 minutes. The technician was friendly and answered my questions.

My appointment with Rob was between 10 and 11 am. Rob called me at 10 am, stating that he was making a courtesey call and that he would arrive in 10-15 minutes which he did. He listened to my concerns before he went to work. I had seen a dead baby mouse in my basement and several centipeds in my bathroom. He listened to my problems and answered all of my questions about bugs. He explained in detail what he was going to do. He was very knowledgable about pest control. He was extremely friendly. He finished all of the work in about one-half hour. I was extrmeely pleased with everything that the did.

Very well. Bryan is great! He told me exactly what he was going to do and did it. They have a thorough approach to what they do. They really listen.

They took care of the problem fairly quickly. He was very punctual, he responded within eight hours. He lived up to his description and so far it has worked very well. His price was very reasonable compared to major companies. He was very considerate about our home, not damaging any plants, shrubs, or the house itself. He was very professional.

The technician was prompt, thorough and very friendly. He stated he has been with the company for 20 years. I know why. He does his job well, efficiently and manages to be friendly without compromising the quality of his work. He finished the job within an hour. I'll definitely be calling them back in late fall to spray again. Also, when I called initially, the girls were friendly and informative. I've been in retail/customer service for 27 years myself and the value of excellent customer service can not be overstated. Good job Maple Lane!

Called them and we set up an appointment right away. They came when they said they would and took all the hives down and sprayed. I recommended them to a friend.

Brian arrived when promised. I don't know what constitutes "professional" in his trade, but he was very courteous, friendly, willingly shared information and suggestions on how I could deal with insect problems. He explained the steps he was taking and why and he told me what to expect. Brian did a careful and complete job.

All our expectations were exceeded.

The price they gave us was reasonable and the men that came out were very careful of the areas they sprayed. We were very impressed by the same day service as this was very convenient for us. We highly recommend them and will be signing up for a service contract this year.

We noticed a ton of bee's going into and out of a small hole in our soffit.Into our attic. We called Maple after checking this list and setup a time for them to come out. They came on time, did the job quickly, and the bee's were gone in a few hour's. Merle also noticed a small wasp's nest under one of our eve's and took care of that too. We were very happy with Maple Lane and would use them again. We will be recommending them to friends. Thay had a coupon for $10 off and a senior discount.

Brian (owner) was very knowledgeable and came out and answered all of my questions. They were fair priced. He was prompt and thorough. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything as well as gave me some knowledge to use in the future.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and at my convenience. The service rep arrived on time and was very courteous as well as informative. He asked questions, explained the recommended treatment and was done within 45 minutes at the quoted price. He was considerate of pets, too. Very professional, good experience and I will use Maple Lane again.

An appointment was made within a week of my call and the employee called about an hour before the set time and asked if he could come early. The employee was the same individual that came to our house in 1996 when we last had it sprayed.

They were amazing; detailed, friendly and listened to my concerns and questions during the initial phone call. After a half hour conversation, it turned out that they didn't come all the way out to our area, however, they made an exception and still honored the Angie's List Coupon. When the service person arrived, he was thorough and explained each step of the way...he even knocked down a few hornets nests at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company. They were knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and patient with the multitude of questions I, as a new home-owner had.
