The technician arrived to my home early and was very polite. He began by explaining the chemicals to be used. He then sprayed the interior baseboards and finished up by spraying the exterior. The tech Was very knowledgeable and even offered a few much needed tips since my recently-bought house had been vacant for several years prior. I highly reccommended this company and will use them for any and all future pest control needs!

This is a great company! They are friendly, reliable, and provide great service. We have the house treated about 2x a year and have always been happy with the results. They stand behind their guarantee. Mike (the owner) was here today for a follow-up visit because I was still having a little problem with some persistent spiders in the master bathroom -- I think this hot weather has increased the bug population!! Because I was still within the warranty period, there was no charge. Our son had such a big problem with bees/wasps that our granddaughter couldn't play in the backyard. We referred Maple Lane and Mike got rid of all the bees that had taken over the shed, patio awning, and, most importantly, our granddaughter's playscape. He also eliminated their spider problem inside the house. I wouldn't think of using any other pest control company. .

They found them in the attic and put a bomb-like substance in the attic. Their prices were reasonable and they were extremely thorough.

I love their services. They are famiy run, friendly and knowledgable about their craft. They are always on-time and what they did got rid of the bees. I will be using them in the future and have reccomended them to neighbor who was happy with their service as well.

I have been using them for years and so far, they have been great. The bugs don’t come back. They are reasonable. The quality of service is excellent. They really do a good job otherwise; we wouldn't keep having them back. They are very good with the responsiveness. They are always there when we need them; they come right out. They are usually here before we are; they are punctual.

We were looking to have him come and follow up the work they did the year before. He checked to see where the bugs and pests could have gotten in. He went around the house and pointed things out to me even if he didn't have too. He told me to use steel wool to fill up the little cracks so that the pests didn't get into the house. He also told me where to get it. I will continue to use his services in the future. We have passed on the name of this company to our neighbors and we recommend them. I had an Angie?s List coupon so I was able to take advantage of a deal. It was very reasonable. He was so efficient and we didn?t have any problems after he finished. He also did a follow up call to see if we saw any rodents after they had sprayed the yard and the house for us. We will continue to use his services in the future and will tell others about them.

They are wonderful. We've used other companies that were more commercial and we were not pleased. They came in and were able to solve all of our issues. They are very personable and they are reasonable. They do a very, very good job. We pay them yearly. My husband gives them referrals all the time. They were actually cheaper than the other company we used. We will absolutely continue to use them and we would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I believe they did a good job. Bugs inside the home were limited, which indicates that their service was successful. However, we had many leaves piling up around the perimeter of the house and did not see that they were moved, which begs the question of how did they treat those areas or can their product be applied on the brick and seep downward? Anyway, they came out twice last year and as I said, our pest problem was well handled.

I love working with this company. Maple Lane has been very cooperative with our requests. You can request the same technician every time. They get to know your house and property. The workers are very efficient. They stand behind their work. They will come back any time there is trouble. I will continue to use them.

They are very good. I've been using them for several years. I usually have them come out twice a year. They are very responsive. They always come out when they said they would. If they need to redo the job they would do that. It's not a problem.

Within 30 days, I had to call them back because I still found a couple of pest, so they came back and re-sprayed. I was happy because the guy came back.

They have helped me several times. They solve my problems and come quickly. With the big hive that I had, they sprayed and knocked it down to remove it. They set traps for the moles that I had.

Their prices were very fair. They were prompt in coming out. I didn't think they were ripping me off.

Good. Rob was on time and very helpful. He gave good advice, suggesting that we trim some bushes too close to the house that allowed insects access to the house.

They are a little pricey, but that's okay.

Merle arrived right on time and was very knowledgable (I learned things about ants I never knew!). He sprayed not only for carpenter ants, but treated some anthills in the yard as well. Best of all, no more big, black ants!

Called the company at 9:00 am after waking up at 2:00 am to find 8-10 carpenter ants crawling around my bedroom! They offered an appointment the same day but as I had to work until 7:00 they scheduled for 9:00 am the next morning. They were there promptly at 8:55am and were very professional.

Started in kitchen where the ants were the most and continued throughout house, basement, sunroom, garage, and then exterior,full perimeter. I have seen an occassional ant/spider which appeared to have been affected by spray.

We had some odourous black ants coming into the house which we wanted to get rid of. We called Maple Lane Pest Control and set up an appointment. Brian came over at the agreed upon time and identified the ants. He explained everything thouroughly and decided to use a gel trap for the ants. He also sprayed inside and outside to prevent other insects. He explained that they spray the same insecticide in hospitals and explained why it's safe for humans. The ants were gone in about a week. This was the second year that we've used Maple Lane and we've dealt with Brian on both occassions. Brian is a complete professional. We are completely satisfied with the service provided.

We had a horrible pavement ant infestation this spring. Called on a Friday and they were able to come out on Monday. Did both exterior and internal spraying and bait traps inside. We saw immediate improvement! A few ants were found about a week later but then all gone! Thanks Maple Lane! We'll see you in the fall to keep this problem under control and avoid future infestations!!

Brian came out to spray and he told me exactly why we were getting ants, everything he was going to do , what was going to happen and what will happen in the future. He was careful of my house and it's items and he took special care because we have pets. He was great and I have not seen one ant since! I will continue to use this local company in the future and will recommend everyone else do so also.

They are wonderful. They were on Angie's List. I found them originally a couple of years ago and I have been using them ever since. There was a coupon on Angie's List for senior citizen discount. They provided excellent service. They took care of the problem with one visit and they were prompt. They got me in really quick. Any of the guys that come out have always been very courteous, very thorough and they listen which is very nice. They listen carefully to everything I have to say about my problem. I notice them only with earwigs. I have an irritation. They came out once and they sprayed and I never saw another one. I am waiting now to see what happens when it warms up this spring. My grand kids are scared of them. I hate them so much. I am so glad I have Maple Lane. They are really great. They have been coming since the last couple of years and each time they come out (I had a carpenter ant problem in 2008) they take of the pest and never have that again. When I had carpenter ants, I had a guy that was putting up wooden trim around the house and when he took out a wood area there were carpenter ants in there and I called Maple Lane and they were out within half an hour to come and spray up here and I had them check up, but they hadn't got into the house. I was so impressed that they came out immediately. I don't know how to compare their price. They are a little pricey, but I get what I pay for.
