House Cleaning
Some time ago I left a message on the machine,asking when they could come. Rhonda then left a message on my machine saying that they would clean the next day.However, I did not get that message in time so we hadn't provided a check and they left. We scheduled another date. On that day they called and said they could not come because they had the flu. We rescheduled again. This time they forgot the appointment and when we came home in the night,the house was still untouched. When I called they apologized and said they had the dates confused. They said that they were really busy and did not know whether they could fit us in before the holidays.I stated that it was not my fault that they forgot to come. Rhonda left a message later on my machine again, informing me that they would clean on Thursday. When we came home tonight though, the house was still not cleaned. I called again and Rhonda's mother said that the door had not been open and they had not brought my number to obtain the code.
