house cleaning
 + -1 moreSome time ago I left a message on the machine,asking when they could come. Rhonda then left a message on my machine saying that they would clean the next day.However, I did not get that message in time so we hadn't provided a check and they left. We scheduled another date. On that day they called and said they could not come because they had the flu. We rescheduled again. This time they forgot the appointment and when we came home in the night,the house was still untouched. When I called they apologized and said they had the dates confused. They said that they were really busy and did not know whether they could fit us in before the holidays.I stated that it was not my fault that they forgot to come. Rhonda left a message later on my machine again, informing me that they would clean on Thursday. When we came home tonight though, the house was still not cleaned. I called again and Rhonda's mother said that the door had not been open and they had not brought my number to obtain the code.
Description of Work: The company cleaned our house once. The result was OK. They even cleaned the vaulted ceiling fans and trims. It looked like they rushed through the house but that is common. The first cleaning is more expensive than the next cleanings. I find that unjustified since we always had the house cleaned on a regular basis. We never got our house cleaned by them a second time instead we then had a very unpleasant experience trying to make the 2nd time happen. (see overall description)
