Description of Work: They first came in November for routine maintenance. That worker did not do a adequate job, which we had to have another company correct. However, when Dr. Sweep saw the problem their technician created they were extremely responsive and dedicated to correct all problems and offer additional services, at no extra charge. No question that they are dedicated to pleasing the customer.

Description of Work: The tech Dequin was very helpful. The service mentioned on the Big Deal was not really what I needed for my type of gas fireplace. The wording was similar. He told me the difference and he could do the work if I wanted to have it done. I did so the fireplace is set for another winter. I'm very happy.

Description of Work: Dr. Sweep called about 20 min. before arriving. He and his assistant disconnected the dryer vent and swept out the ductwork to the outside cap. He then brushed out the duct from the outside cap to where the dryer connected. He clean the flexible duct from the dryer itself to the wall then put it back together again. He ran the dryer and checked the airflow at the cap where more lint flew out. The flow was excellent. He cleaned up and put everything back neatly.
