Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a chimney sweep and inspection. The experience turned out extremely well. The technician gave good advice and did a good job. He was helpful, courteous, and paid attention to detail. When the first guy came out, he said there was more to be done. The other technician came out and he did a good job as well. I am extremely happy with the work that he did.

Description of Work: I used the Big Deal and gas logs service of Dr Sweep. He took the logs out and he brushed them off and he added some new rock to the bottom of the fireplace and got the rocks back in there.
