Description of Work: I ordered a clean up of our fireplace before thanksgiving. We were also having some problems with the fireplace. Long story short we found out that the clean up was done all wrong and after 3 different appts and tech out to our home no one helped us. The last tech came out and seemed to know what he was doing in March 2014. He said we had to replace the ignitor and would order it. There has been no communication with us and Dr sweep since March. Very disappointing!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: The company did come out and inspect the natural gas fireplace as stated in the coupon I told them I was having a problem with the igniter. They confirmed that it needed a new igniter so I told them to order it. Two weeks later I had not heard anything then called back on 3 additional occasions. The third time the person answering the phone apologized for the lack of response and said she would make sure to have the company call me the next day. Another 2 weeks passed and I never heard anything more from them.

Description of Work: While the person doing the work was very friendly and cheerful, the work was not done well. After he left I checked the flue and it was just swiped hastily.2/3 of the flue were skipped and that was the easiest to reach. I took photos. The interior was not cleaned thoroughly. Neither was the floor of the fireplace cleaned well. Haphazard is the term I would use for the work done that day.
