Description of Work: Chimney cleaning started all pilot lights and chimney inspection installed new log set.

Description of Work: They cleaned our gas log and surrounding area in our fireplace, and performed routine maintenance on the automatic switch which turns the gas log on and off. They did a fine job, with no problems and prompt service.

Description of Work: Cleaned all gutters & downspouts and advised on one problem with a slant in one gutter causing water to lay, which I told him my son would repair. Good job! I would use his service again in the future.

Description of Work: There office people were a little painful, calling several times to schedule...but the workers were fantastic.

Description of Work: The service tech was excellent. He explained my gas fireplace throughly and checked all its parts completely. My fireplace is in good working order and clean now. I am confident to begin using it!

Description of Work: When I called to schedule an appointment they informed me that the existing gutter guards would have to be removed prior to them cleaning. They would not remove them themselves due to issues they've had in the past. On my coupon, however, it indicated there would be a surcharge for existing gutter guards. I was willing to pay for them to remove the guards before they cleaned. They told me the coupon was old and should not have been available on Angie's list. And that they stopped dealing with existing gutter guards. I asked if they would be willing to remove the guards and clean because I was getting new guards installed. And the old ones would not have to be put back on. The person I was talking to said she had to ask the owner. When I heard back from her she said they were very busy and were no longer dealing with existing guards. If I wanted to wait until next year they may be able to do it when they were better staffed. My other option she offered was a refund. So that is why I'm requesting a refund. I am not willing to wait until they are better staffed.

Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters. This was subcontracted and the subcontractor did and ok job but he left a mess on the ground around the house.

Description of Work: Re-pointed mortar between bricks on front porch 4'x6'x18"tall (the worker first power ground out loose mortar). Placed preformed concrete step to back porch door raising height with bricks & mortar to code height. | Thought job was over priced for one day job. |Job is still good & solid after 2 years of Michigan winters & summers!

Description of Work: Dr Sweep came out to give a free estimate. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We hired them to do the job. Nate was very friendly and did a wonderful job. I would totally recommend this company.
