It went well overall, and they came back to polish it with no hassle.

The initial visit was scheduled on a day that it happened to snow, so he was not comfortable climbing on my steep 2-story roof. So another 'Sweeper' came a few days later and completed the job nicely. Both fellows were very friendly, thorough and competent. The quotes for the recommended upgrades seemed a bit pricey, but were provided without any pressure to buy. The initial sale price to do the advertized cleaning was accepted without any discussion. I was left feeling i got a great deal, a much safer chimney, and a job well done that was long overdue.

They arrived on time, get the job done quickly, explained what was going on and were very professional about it.

Good experience. They had to come out twice because my home is technically three stories even though it is two levels (who knew). They did agood job cleaning and inspecting. Old house that needs some repairs to make it safe for a fire. They offered estimates on all things needing correction. Did not pressure me when I told them those things would have to wait.

Should have suspected something, because when they came to my house the1st time, the guy didn't bring much equipment into the house. He spent about 5 minutes looking in my fireplace & said it was dangerous, & shouldn't be used until it was chemically cleaned. Since I'd already prepaid $75 for this great Angie's "deal", it would only cost another $300. So they came out another time & sprayed the inside of my chimney once w/ a chemical cleaner & also did the normal cleaning. Am curious how many other people who get this "deal" are told the same story?

Great service provider. Technician was on time, friendly and thorough. Explained everything he did and even gave us a quick course on fire place safety. Very good deal. Also - company's scheduling process and customer service is top notch

The technician arrived punctually. He took care to not make a mess and took off his shoes while in the house. Happy with the service overall. He did recommend some updates, but I don't use the fireplace so I did not bother.

Very well. The rep. Wore covers for his work shoes, cleaned up the fireplace and left the area clean.

It feels like we paid for a sales pitch.

It was package deal to tune up the fireplace. We had problems with the unit and thought it would be solved by cleaning and tune-up. It actually did not and we ended up buying a new unit. All elements of the package were carried out on -time, site was cleaned up.

Good service, good communication prior to appointment, professional service.

Dean came on schedule time and did fantastic job in cleaning, tuneup fire place ,cleaning chimney and did inspect too. Conner did excellent job in cleaning gutter , making sure all downspout were clog free. I would definitely use their service again in future. Do deserve A+++ from this job. Got estimate for sealing around chimney ,just waiting for temperature to go little in warmer side.

It just seemed to me that they added stuff that I wasn't expecting. They do an adequate job. There were some mix up as to when they were supposed to be coming.

The workman was here right on time, was courteous and pleasant. He cleaned our firebox and inspected it, then went outside & inspected the chimney. He came back into the house with a list of issues that we'll need to have handled to make our fireplace safe, and gave us estimates for those services. We plan on calling them back out in the near future to have that work done. We were very satisfied with the services provided.

My AM time slot turned into a 3 pm. They called the day prior to tell me I was an AM appointment but the day of the work they did not call until they were on their way from their prevoius stop. There was no appology for being late. they were quick to get on the roof to clean my gutters dragging my hose allover the roof and accross my skylights. the operation was they same for the second home. it did not take them long and as they could not sell me brick work they were gone in about an hour.

The estimator who came out in advance told me to buy 5 replacement concrete blocks for the repair, which I did. I was disappointed that of the 2 men who came out to do the job, one could speak no English, and the other limited English. After discussing the job, I left the house for a preplanned appointment. When I returned, they were done and gone, and had cleaned up fine. However, they used less than 2 1/2 of the blocks in making the repair, which disappointed me. I had thought they would dig below the ground level somewhat to replace those blocks, but they didn't. Moreover, one of the blocks that they re-used has pretty large holes in it (unlike the new concrete blocks I had bought); I would have preferred they not "re-use" any of the blocks, The repair looks "OK," although the new blocks stick out slightly more than the original ones ? and it makes me concerned about the longevity of the repair.

I paid $119 and they charged me for $69 worth service. They couldn't do everything that I hope to do, but that wasn't their fault. They were honest. They said that I need to pay for this, what they can do and they would be charging only for that. I overpaid for it and I am still in the process trying to get a refund from Angie's List. They did what I needed to do to get it going. They couldn't clean the fireplace because it was brand new and had never been used before. They just charged the basic service call and told me what I needed to do. They were very forthcoming and honest. They could have charged me for everything that I paid for, but they didn't do that. I just moved into the house and I didn't know how to operate the fireplace. I wasn't sure how to operate it and they provided a lot of information; but I paid Angie's List to do things that they couldn't do because it was never used before. They were right on time.

Make sure the drop cloths are covering sufficiently. Soot is nasty! They did a good job and I would use them again. Date is approximate.

In the beginning, they were hard to get them going but they ended up doing a good job. They were very pleasant people.

Showed up a little early and got started. They asked where I wanted to the leaves placed that they removed and also offered to bag them up. They were done in about 30 minutes. Very professional and were very thorough. I didn't have them do anything special with the gutters other than scoop them out but what else does a gutter need?

They arrived, did the work, and left after doing a good job of cleaning up. The work was done exactly as I expected.
