He and his crew work quietly -- no radio blasting--they work in a logical progression, and they communicate clearly. The remodel of the master bathroom was clean every day before they left and they treated our house as if it was theirs. The showed up everyday at a set time and worked only on our project until it was 100 % completed. We would have Art back again without hesitation and highly recommend him for any future remodeling. We selected Art’s Quality Home Improvement, LLC for the total reconstruction of our master bathroom over other remodelers based on his knowledge and experience in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Most important in our decision making process was that my wife and I both experienced an instinctive feeling that Art was going to do exactly what he said he would do. And he did! Step by step our job was done with great care as Art had outlined. He always maintained a clean and tidy work area and, therefore, we never experienced any inconvenience or disarray. He arrived on time each day and did a thorough and excellent job. Actually, Art exceeded our expectations. We placed our trust in him and felt comfortable leaving the house while he and his brother were still working. We would hire Art’s Quality Home Improvement again if the need for any other remodeling were to arise in the future. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and searched online for a local contractor that had recent, positive reviews. Art had wonderful reviews that were all within the past year, so we gave him a call. He was very responsive and prompt with his consultation, quote, and all areas of communication during the project. We didn't knock down any walls, but we did rearrange the kitchen layout and added a water line, a vent to outside, relocated the gas line, removed soffits, did new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliance installation. He and his team were always early and ready to work, and kept their work area tidy after they went home. Art worked efficiently and finished the job quickly! His price was very fair. The tile work on our backsplash was a little imperfect, but after using the kitchen a few times, I don't notice it anymore. Working with him was a breeze, and we are very pleased with our new kitchen. We have already recommended Art to family.

I hired Art to remodel my bathroom. And while the bathroom looks great aesthetically, he caused an enormous leak in my finished basement. Over $15,000 of structural damage and over $10,000 of damage to my families personal belongings. What's worse is that this company has refused to take responsibility for the damage that my insurance company has PROVEN to be a result of the work they did to my master bathroom. This has been a huge issue for my whole family. I have two kids and counting and we have not had use of our basement (playroom) and our newly finished bathroom for nearly a month. My husband works mid nights and they will be starting to put my house back together tomorrow. This process will take nearly three weeks. THREE WEEKS of more people in my house while my husband is trying to sleep, while I am working and my babysitter is here with my one year old and two year old. I should also mention that Art was rude to my babysitter while here working on my bathroom. She then refused to work while he was here. He also picked a fight with a supply company home delivery employee. I am exhausted and this ongoing disaster just continues to get worse. All this company has done is send a letter stating they do not take responsibility for the water damage. It is laughable. I highly suggest finding a contractor that is insured AND bonded AND one with better customer service for your next home improvement project, NOT Arts Quality Home Improvement.

Art is the best. I can't express how happy I am with my new bathroom, it's beautiful!! He was very quick to respond to my first call, and gave me a very fair quote. His work is professional and thorough. He is a kind person, easy to work with, and always kept me up-to-date with how the remodel was going, he didn't mind that I hovered a bit while he was working :-). Everything turned out just as I had hoped and it was completed in less time than originally promised. I highly recommend Art!!!!!

We wanted to remodel our 47 year old mini-me master bath by utilizing the closet that was behind it. Art came out promptly, gave us an estimate for his services and went way beyond....I.e. He repainted entire inside of closet being reshaped, gave us his suppliers to check out, carried all the stuff up and down the stairs, repainted entire finished bathroom, worked so neatly and efficiently, we hardly heard them. Came in two days early on finished job. Always in a great mood. Checked each step of the way that we were happy with progress. Awesome people skills.

We have used them for several different projects (flooring, plumbing, structural repairs, and a new shed/greenhouse) and Art and his team have always been very professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. This is a company that is excellent. They listened to what I wanted to do, made great suggestions to improve the final project and really paid attention to detail. They are very professional in the way their work is done but also friendly and courteous. They were always on time, kept their work area clean and took extra precautions to protect the rest of my home while they were working. Their prices are more than fair and they went above and beyond in making sure the work was done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already passed on their information to two of my friends looking to have remodeling done in their homes!
