 + -1 moreAwesome, very meticulous, took a while to clean the transmission pan due to the sludge. As soon as I got the car back I noticed the difference in shifting, very smooth, was shifting somewhat rough especially when put in reverse. Will definitely go back there and will recommend friends and family.
Description of Work: Inspected vehicle after I took it to the dealer, found bird seed in the air filter compartment which was supposedly checked by the Ford dealer the week prior. Found that the transmission fluid and filter that was supposedly drained last year from the dealer was like brown sludge, not burnt smelling however. Had them drain the fluid due to my concerns that this was not done properly at the dealer, so they changed the transmission fluid and filter. Had them replace the spark plugs also as scheduled maintenance.
