The preparation of the surfaces was very thorough; the house was power washed and Ned then went on to scrape every bit of peeling paint etc. caulking areas where necessary, replacing boards where necessary (he had an excellent trim person to help with the board replacement) and then priming and painting. Not one surface was overlooked. Over the years I have hired lots of people; I find that the most effective people are the ones who take ownership of their work and love what they do. Ned personifies these attributes. He does not take shortcuts and takes tremendous pride in his work. I would not only recommend him to anyone requiring external painting, I would hire him again. In fact I plan to do so in the winter months and get the interior of the house painted. I am yet to meet another home service provider with Ned's work ethic and integrity.
