Description of Work: I called rob after looking up spider bee control companies!!! He came out next day and was so nice and informative!! He was so reasonable I gave him an extra tip for being so honest of what services I needed and didn't need!! He also didn't spray the whose house sloppy like other companies, instead he takes his time and sprays only necessary spots ! Doesn't leave your windows a mess like other companies.. He even put mouse traps in my garage for me because we live by wetlands and woods !! I have had zero yes that's right zero spider trouble this winter in my house and last year as soon as he sprayed I had no bee trouble!! Thanks rob for being a genuine true business man, who actually cares about his customers!!

Description of Work: Exterminated my mice problem. Placed traps inside the home near where we had spotted the invaders, as well as outside the home. They also plugged two holes on the exterior. Returned after a couple weeks to ensure the mice had eaten from the traps, asked if there we'd seen anything since. Their work was successful, no further spotting and they have not returned.

 + -1 moreHe arrived ASAP. He came in looked at my problems and quoted me a price. He took about an hr to spray around my 14k sqft building plus he sprayed inside. He also took care of wasp nest outside that love my building. He also gave me advice for an issue I am facing at my house and I will be calling him for that if my next step doesnt work.
Description of Work: I called him to come out and take care of flying ants and a couple of wasps nest. He returned my call promptly and he came out the same day. Lucky he had a last minute cancellation. I am at a business and the ants where in my retail area. I needed it taken care of quickly for customers. Other places couldnt get out till the next day or longer.

 + -1 moreRob didn't have to call me back as I said, I didn't even leave my phone number. He had nothing to gain by doing so, well except my respect. He also gave me a "heads up" as far as how busy pest control companies that do trap, can be. I felt that gave me realistic expectations on what to go by when interviewing other vendors for service. I also gave him a "heads up" that there was a grammatical error in his service description that he gets rid of ants not aunts. Although I had an Aunt that I wouldn't have minded to be removed but not "gotten rid of".
Description of Work: I called to inquire about having a skunk removed. I received an automated answer. As the message was playing I saw that this company doesn't do trapping. I left a message why I called, but didn't leave a phone number. Rob called me back from his caller ID and gave me some suggestions on who I might want to call!

 + -1 moreRob came out on one of the hottest days of the year to spray for yellow jackets in between our vinyl siding & to spray the perimeter of the house for other insects. He was on time & performed the job within 45 minutes. The price was very competitive & vert reasonable. He said he would come back out later in the week to make sure that the bees were gone. The only negative thing I have to say is that he should change the voicemail on his contact number to let the person know when they are calling that you have reached Rob Church Pest Control. When I called, I wasn't sure if I had the right number since he did not identify the business name in his message. I would definitely use his services again. He was very knowledgeable & personable.

 + -1 moresee above. I've been using his services for years for ants, wasps, spiders (different every year) and he is always top-notch. I've never had a problem with his service and only once did I need him to come out and reapply repellent, which was free the second time.
Description of Work: Rob showed up early and asked specifically what I was having problems with. I explained that we had ants coming into our multi-level house, and weren't sure where exactly they were coming in. He not only thoroughly sprayed the perimeter of the house and lawn, he also noted we had a couple wasp nests in our gable vents and sprayed them too. He is always prompt, thorough, friendly and guarantees his work. And he's inexpensive as well. I recommend him all the time to friends, family, acquaintances and even strangers.

 + -1 moreHe was fantastic. He has great customer service. The nice thing was regardless of weather was he would come in to do additional application and there was no extra cost. He comes with experience because he actually used to work for Ocon. He did not make this up as he was an older gentleman and well seasoned. He was fair priced and I guess it was a good price. But I know that other people charge more and I got it for less. He came early. He was really smart too because I asked him some of the other questions and he could tell me about fight patterns, how they act and what they do and what to look for. It was totally cool.
Description of Work: I used Rob Church Pest Control LLC to take care of the hive up on our fireplace and came back to do an annually visit for wasp.
