I called this company based on Angie's List information after I heard noises in a wall. A timely appointment was set up after a polite and knowledgeable rep described services and explained the rate schedule. I was encouraged to ask questions. The technician arrived early, inspected the basement, garage, and outside perimeter of my house. Bait stations were set in the garage where evidence of mice was found. I was advised to wait 5 weeks for complete eradication. Again, I was encouraged to ask questions and call back if necessary. To date, I have had no further problems.

We have had this company service us for the past 7 years and have always been very pleased with their work. They are informative, polite and timely. They are also reasonably priced. We call every year to compare their prices with other similar companies. We have a standing agreement for them to spray our house each Spring for outside wasp nests (German yellow jackets cannot be prevented due to their nesting habits) and included in this agreement is removal of any external, visible nest without charge for the rest of the summer. Also, because we have this on-going service, the cost for the removal of German yellowjackets was only $55 instead of $75. Other pest control companies were asking between $95 and $110 for the same service. This is a QUALITY ''Mom & Pop'' business and so they are very conscientious.
