D&A LANDSCAPING

This is a follow up to my previous review. In addition to the incomplete and poorly done installation, Dan refuses to return my phone calls or texts. They were over SIX HOURS LATE!!!!!! Loose screws. Missing screws. Unbelievable. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CLOWNS. HORRIBLE!!!!!

OH MY GOD THESES PEOPLE ARE SOO MESSED UP!!!!! Should have been here between 10 and 12. WE called them at 2, they're hung up at another job. Called them at 5, they're in transit. They finally get here. Showed them where to install the patio. 5 minutes later my wife tells me they're putting it in the wrong place. Then they had to go get more material because they measured wrong, then they didn't need that material after I showed them that they measured wrong. The screen house never was assembled correctly. A dozen screws that were never installed, dozens (yes, dozens) of screws loose requiring a full turn or more before even making contact. They didn't quite finish the screen house and some of the top got damaged because of that incompleteness. After calling and calling and calling and calling and calling they finally got someone out here. Yes, they have had lots of complaints about this Brad guy. They were going to order the damaged parts and complete the screen house. That was last fall. My wife finally got hold of them, they got the part and they will install it as soon as he's caught up with his other work. That was in March, this is July. Dan doesn't answer the phone, won't return my texts. We've been doing this for a year now. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Just send me your money, then go hire a professional. I put N/A for the price because that is irrelevant at this point!

They had done a decent job for us, but several negative experiences have clouded my opinion. When attempting to schedule they did not get back to me and always had excuses. They were very inconsistent as to when they would show up. The company lacked communication in attempting to schedule. On July 3rd, they showed up. I had company and was not expecting them. They were racing through my lawn so fast like Mario Andretti. In 20 minutes they got the entire lawn done. I thought they were in a hurry due to the holiday. I always back into my driveway carefully, since we have a lot of cars in the driveway. Later, we left an upon returning we noticed that someone had hit one of our vehicles which was in the driveway. This damage was not there before the lawn service arrived. I called the company to try to get information about their model of lawnmower to see if that could have caused the damage. I tried for over a month to get in touch with the company with multiple excuses or no response all together. Five body shops have confirmed damage from a mower. The company lied and denied all liability. I have photos and he was completely unwilling to take responsibility for what he did. Now I am left with $1,200 worth of damages and he would not even split the cost with me. This is not a good business.
