They were AWESOME! Their customer service was outstanding! From the time I scheduled the appointment they were nothing but professional. They called to confirm the day before and even notified us when they were on their way to our house. The guys that came out were nice, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

THE GREENER CLEANER CARPET and UPHOLSTERY CLEANING is the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever hired. Their workers were 100% professional, kind, and personable. The carpet was not “crunchy” when after drying and there was no chemical smell in the air. The bathroom tile looked brand-new. Fabulous!

The crew arrived on time , we vacated the area, so they could work more efficiently. they finished in a couple of hours and the carpet came out excellent. the upholstery came out very good except for the chair {my chair} the area where the back of the head rests is darkened somewhat. {wife says i have dirty neck} the crew said that oils from hair tonic: etc.... could be the culprit. All in all the crew did a fine job and we are very satisfied. they were polite, professional, and thurough we would use them in the future, and recommend their services.

I thought they did a pretty good job. My wife called them back because after it dried she saw a couple of spots. They were real nice about it, came right out, did everything again and a little more than we actually asked for. They were good. They were real nice to deal with and they were pleasant as well.

They arrived on schedule and were in and out in about 3 hours. I really don't have any complaints and am very happy with the results. I wish the price was a little lower, but I do know it costs more to use "green" products and I am a firm believer in that. I will also state once again that I am very pleased with the results and can't believe how clean our previously filthy stairs now look. They have a referral program and I am hoping to take advantage of that as I know a lot of people that would prefer to use green products and vendors.

The carpet cleaner arrived within the given time frame. After giving him a tour of the areas to be cleaned, he went right to work. He was here about 3.5 hours. All the spots left by an old, sick cat were removed. The stairway to the basement was quite dirty from footsteps to and from the workroom, but looks great now.

I called and asked for an appt. as soon as possible as my grandson was coming and I had just moved into this condo and wanted the carptes cleaned for him to crawl on. They told me it would be two weeks and I agreed with the appt. The next day Tina called me and said she had talked to the tech and they would be able to move the appt. up a week sooner. They came out as scheduled, did a grat job, no smell, no sticky residue, and it looked great. Would definetly use them again.

I was able to get an appointment within days of my call. With grandchildren who would play on the carpets, and a dog, I was interested in avoiding possible irritating or harmful chemicals and this company uses all organic products safe for kids and pets. Jimmy arrived on time, was very friendly and informative, and did a great job. Even though he was working alone, all of my movable furniture was placed on pads or cardboard coasters to prevent possible damage after cleaning. I would recommend Greener Cleaner to anyone and Jimmy would be a great employee for any business. He vacuumed all carpets first, and after cleaning, all the carpets were sprayed with a product to help keep them clean in case of future pet accidents. He even moved a 5' x 8' area rug to clean underneath, then cleaned the area rug too! I expected an additional charge but there were none. He was finished in approximately and hour and a half. Thank you.

The owner of the company - I'm sorry for forgetting his name - and another employee arrived during the scheduled window and had the job completed in ~1 hour. The carpeting looks brand new! And, it's safe enough for my babies to crawl around on it and breath in the air. Tina - the owner's wife - and the guys that came to my home are very kind and personable, as well as highly professional! I used them about a year ago to clean my old home and will use them again in the future!

They use organic based cleaners. They showed up on time and did their job in a timely and professional manner.

They were on time, thorough with the cleaning, courteous and answered all my questions. The furniture and rugs came out very clean. The cleaning solution is very safe. For me and my pets, that is what I wanted -- safety and good results. I also thought the prices were very reasonable.

I called to get an estimate and schedule an appointment, and within a couple of days they were in my home cleaning my carpets and mattress. They arrived on time and the technician, Mike, was very nice and polite, and did not act like he was in a huge hurry to get done. He took his time and made sure everything came out perfect. I was very happy that the eco-friendly products worked just as well, maybe a little better, than the traditional chemicals that I have had used in the past. I would reccomend them to anyone who is concerned about harmful chemicals in their home, and even people who are not!
