Total Fraud. Tuss and yorge are highly unprofessional & unethical. Total disregard to the verbal contract. No followup & lack of empathy toward our project time. We visited ONAS & gained an firm agreement on the price with yorge for the small piece ($100) and a full piece ($500). We placed an order but received no followups. So we revisited the store & to our surprise we were told that price is no longer $100 & its now $200! With no explanation. A month later we decided to call and inquire price of the full piece. After a firm agreement this time with yorge we placed an order for the full piece and executed our project with the contractor. We already spent money on the part of work but when we got another surprise from ONAs that piece was no longer at $500 but now is for $800!! As his business partner tuss wanted to make more money on that piece. Believe me we were furious!! As we already purchased other things as a part of this project. Pretty ****** way to run the business. These guys are greedy & Low. No business acumen. Never doing business with these guys again.

Our experience started out very well. Marsela in the sales office was very helpful and professional. She was great to work with. The installation and measuring crew speak extremely limited English and had an even more limited understanding of the English language. I had to call the sales staff to bridge the communication barrier. As a result of the communication problems they initially cut the wrong edge which delayed our original installation date. We had the same issue with the shower shelves. Our BIGGEST problem however began immediately after installation, within 24 hours, with the granite itself. This is when we learned the company does not offer any official guarantee of their product. We were charged a service fee immediately which was rather steep ($180.00). The problems continued over the next week. I went into the company with pictures and was told they would come out and re-sand, polish and seal the granite again and this action and quot;shouldand quot; solve our problems with the granite but there would only be a 70% chance I would not be charged more fees! NO ONE purchases and installs new material and expects with in 24 hours to have defects in that piece and be CHARGED FEES for the company to come out and fix those defects. Absolutely no one expects those fees to accumulate each time the company comes out to fix the same issue immediately after installation. They admitted that a few other customers experienced the same problem that we were experiencing. The owner finally came out but he did not service the granite as we were told, instead he reassured us that we would received a call the following Monday from his daughter with a solution...we never heard back from them... This company absolutely does not stand behind their product!

Ona Marble & Granite has been great to work with and has provided us with a very high quality installation at a fair price. I got started working with Eleonora Ioannou their Sales Manager. Eleonora was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and I had many as this was my first purchase of granite counter tops. My wife and I were planning a luxury dream kitchen. We settled on going with middle of the road cost granite. For me it had the right level of movement at the right price. One of the owning partners, Russ came to our home and took detailed measurements in addition to the kitchen plan that had already been provided. Among other design ideas, we wanted to create a breakfast nook type area to place bar stools at. Russ has great advice about how to shape it to the greatest advantage. For the installation, Russ and his partner were on site along with two other workers. I like the idea that the Boss is hands on or at least directing his employees. This level of attention and professionalism made for an exceptional installation. I also had them install matching granite in our family room as a mantle shelf that spans the entire room. It was not clear how the granted might be mounted. Needless to say Russ and his team figured it out and all looks terrific. Ona exceeded my expectations!

ONA was very accomodating and professional. They did everything to meet deadlines. The price is very competitive and the quality was not compromised. They are a family company that strives for customer satisfaction. They listen to input from the customer and takes it seriously. They are very pleasant to work with.I would highly recommend them.

No problems. I like that they're a medium-sized company, so you see the same people when you buy it as when it gets installed, and you can talk to the owner/manager without going through layers of BS-ocracy. They didn't use any sub-contractors, which allows for better control. Everything was done the way we asked, and the way they promised. Price was middle-of-the-road, but there were no extra charges or fees - everything ended up at the price we agreed upon. No high pressure to buy - take your time, and look around. Selection was good, not super, but we found a stone that fit our needs. Punctuality was rated low, not because they were late, but early - they showed up un-announced about 2 hours early. It worked out OK, but a call would have been nice... Date of service is a guess - it was 3 - 4 years ago (I think).

We were overwhelmed at the many stores and selection of granite. We finally found the granite we liked at one store but they didn't install. We found ONA in the phone book and stopped in to talk to them. They also carried a big selection of granite but we had our hearts set on one we saw at another company. They took care of everything. All we had to do was go and have the slab we liked held for us and ONA took over from there. Great experience. Woould recommend them to everyone.
