MICHIGAN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Provider states they called ahead and left a message to fertilize the lawn. I cancelled my contract with them and did not receive any phone message they were coming out. They billed me the 34.75 and still say it is due. I spoke with someone back in May and I thought this issue was resolved and yet another bill for the 34.75 was mailed along with nasty paperwork highlighting that there are a continuous care company unless a phone is received...which there was. I called and my husband called again and left messages as there is no human to pick up the phone. If they do have help they must have very limited hours! Our contract was set up they they needed to speak with one of the homeowners before coming out because we have small dogs. We need to know when they were coming so the dogs could go out ahead of time. They slacked off last summer and we did not confirm them coming out and they showed up when they wanted and their service person would blast his music from his truck so her could hear it while treating the lawn. He did this once at 7:30am. We decided to cancell and we thought they understood the termination but they keeping billing. Stay far away from this lousy company. They have no customer service and they are anything but professional. Never once were they concerned about why we left only that we owe them $34.75. I don't hesitate to give them an F and will report this Livonia office to the BBB.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY ARE ALSO A LITTLE AGGRESSIVE WHEN THEY ARE HERE. THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE SOMETIMES. I SOMETIMES THINK THEY COME MORE OFTEN THAN THEY NEED TO.
