Greenline Lawn Service

I have been using this company for the past four years for weekly lawn service and snow shoveling. The lawn serice is great! They are reasonably priced too. Phil and his associate Derrick from Greenline do a wonderful job cutting my lawn every week. No complaints. Always a great job!! The snow shoveling service is consistent. However, I wish Greenline would come shovel, especially during the work week, the snow in the morning when there has been an extreme snow fall overnight that continues through the day so I can pull my car out of the garage to go to work without getting stuck in the driveway, and then for them to come back after the snow fall is over to to do a final clean up. Their policy is to wait until the snow stops falling before they start shoveling. Maybe that is standard practice for homes -- I don't know. I am just basing it on my experience of previously living in a condo before moving into my home when the snow shoveling service would come two or even three times to shovel when we had a heavy snowfall before it stopped. I must say that it is A+ for lawn service and A- for snow shoveling service for Greenline! Also, whenever you call them with a question, someone always answers the phone, or if you email them, they respond within 24 hours. You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

They had to reschedule two days later, but that was ok. Our yard was overrun with weeds and definitely needed mulch. Arrived on (re) scheduled date and immediately began to work. The crew could not have been nicer or more professional. I was very impressed when the crew leader, David, said that he wanted me to be happy with the job they were doing. I was. It took a day and two hours the next day. It looks great. I already use Greenline for lawn cuts and fall leaf clearing. Very satisfied with their work.

I used Greenline for lawn service for three years (Summer 2015 - Summer 2017) and hired them for snow removal in winter 2017 and winter 2018. Lawn service - good. Snow removal - the worst experience of customer service, consistent delivery, and any indication that they cared about me as a customer. Some examples: 1. Did not show up (repeatedly - 2 different snow storms of more than 3-4 inches of snow). As a result of repeat failures to perform services, I terminated the contract in Winter 2017 and obtained a refund after several phone calls were unanswered. 2. After hiring them again in 2018 and obtaining reassurance that service would improve, we experienced 3 additional failures to perform services. The final straw were snowstorms in mid-February 2018 when 4 calls went unanswered, then I spoke to the representative two days after the storm who said "my house must have not been on the list" and, finally, on Friday March 2, 2018 when service was not performed at all and my wife and I needed to wade through 4-5 inches of snow to get out of the driveway. In summary, do not hire Greenline for snow removal service. Inconsistent service, awful responsiveness, and a lack of any responsive communication.

I have been a Greenline client for a few years. Initially, began with them for grass cutting and edging. The work has consistently been great. When I found out last year that they offered fall cleanup package, I decided to try them. I am glad I did. They did a outstanding job and saved me the hassle. This year they trimmed a few bushes and trees and again, happy I called. Would recommend.

Absolutely horrible! The company's truck hit my house and damaged the trim badly and also hit our brand new driveway fence and completely broke it off its hinge. The company did not tell me they did this damage, and when confronted, they acted like they would own up to it and fix both issues. The company NEVER followed up with the house damage or fence damage and now we have to pay for both. Therefore, Greenline ended up costing me MORE money in damages than their services were worth! DO NOT HIRE!!!

They are timely and do a great job. When we noticed a cut that was not up to their usual standards, the owner came out, apologized, and made sure everything was done correctly. We enjoy working with Greenline and continue to use them throughout the year.

We started calling to make sure that we were on the list to have the snow removed, and we couldn't get through due to a full voicemail. We called multiple times every day, including after the 4:30am service to try to get them to return to properly do the service. We had prepaid for this service and have not received the full amount worth of service. We have used this provider previously for lawn service and they were great, we were very disappointed however in their snow removal service.

Had an issue with them not showing but Matt made it right. Great customer service

They came and cut my lawn once a week.  I requested they come some time after noon since i work nights. They did that with one exception.  The cuts were good fall clean up good and they work quick. overall happy with service.

The GreenLine team did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Services weekly included: lawn cutting, edging (using a blade, not a weed whip), weed whipping around property. Lawn looked great every week.

I have been using them for three years. Very satisfied.

They were always on time and did a great job. They were neat and didn't damage my grass.

These guys are the absolute best. Matt has been great! He is true to his word and will go above and beyond to provide the best service. A must hire for this type of work.

Barring one instance, the services were performed in a timely manner. Left a voice message when the snow was not cleared even on the second day evening after the snow. Although no one returned my call, they cleared the snow within a couple of hours and since then I have been very happy with their services.
