Aljesa Restoration was very understanding and went out of their way to make sure the damage was completed in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this company not only for a job well done but for the overall experience of working with this company. Aljesa Restoration went out of their way to make sure I understood all details of what was covered in my policy. Also worked very well with me on my time. I have a full time job and nothing was to early or to late for them. Would definitely work with this company again and would highly recommend them. After completion of the job Aljesa Restoration performed, they continued to keep in contact with me on the reconstruction of my home to make sure everything was continuing to run smoothly.
Description of Work: I had a water supply line under my kitchen sink. Water went under cabinets into basement causing water damage to my kitchen floor,cabinets, carpeting in the basement and the drywall in the basement. Aljesa Restoration cleaned up water,removed padding, dried the carpet, dried the drywall, put in equipment to dry everything and to prevent mold from growing. Aljesa Restoration also spoke with my insurance company on my behalf to help in speeding the process up.
