ACE Kitchen Bath & Flooring

We hired Ace Kitchen, Bath and Flooring to install our kitchen and two bathrooms. We worked with Will during the sale and the designer was so much better than anyone else we had worked with on our designs. Ray and the install team were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves daily which was a big deal to me. Wendys communication was A1 I could not ask for more.

I had them install a fireplace in my home with a natural stone look. Greg and Kevin did a great job and Mike was very helpful during the sales process. I give them 5 stars easy.

I hired them to remodel my home and love their processes. They have a great design team and the install crews did a phenomenal job on my Master Bathroom. The colors and interior decorating are something you would see at a home design show. I recommended them to a few coworkers that have also gone with them and are happy with their work.

When I got the link to leave them a review I thought about giving them 4 stars because no company is perfect. However, I decided on 5 stars because this has been the best experience for a renovation I have ever had. I have lived In a lot of houses and done 7 renos and this being the most professional I decided to give them the 5 stars they deserve. Good job Will and team you earned 5 stars from a customer that doesnâ t believe 5 star service exists.

We were impressed with their Green Forest line of cabinets. We went with Smoked cashew and could not have asked for a better cabinet for the cost. Adam had a great design and we love our kitchen!

I had these guys remodel my kitchen and a bathroom in the past. I came in during the summer and asked if they could build a ramp to which they said of course we can. They were not wrong they did a great job building a handicap ramp for my father-in-law. I had them blow torch the entire ramp and it gave it a cool special effect that you wonâ t see on other ramps.

I had Ace renovate my kitchen and I approved for 0% financing and had it paid off fairly quickly. They have a lot of great deals for senior citizens and I really enjoyed working with Will. They were exactly what they advertise, a one stop shop for all your remodeling needs. I will be hiring them for my bathrooms next and requesting to work with Will again.

I hired Ace based off Mike and his knowledge. I was very impressed by how much more he knew than every other salesmen I dealt with during the hiring process. If I learned anything its that Ace hires within and promotes installers and office staff where they will flourish and that benefits the customer in the end. Mike sent Travis and Zack to remodel my kitchen and Kevin installed my backsplash. I couldnâ t be happier with them. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I have been remodeling projects for myself and other companies in Southeastern Michigan for 40 years. I recently retired and Ace was the best company I did work for by far. They provided a family atmosphere and made sure I always got paid on time. When their was an issue or a customer was being unreasonable I was amazed to see how far the owner would go to satisfy his customers. I watched him pull money out of his own pocket several times when Ace was not at fault. I have a lot of admiration for Ace and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

The communication from Wendy was more than I could ask for. Although the sales team and install team did great, this review is for how wonderful Wendy was from start to finish. I feel like Iâ ve made a new friend she would call me even when she had no update.

Ace had a flooring special we found on their website after contacting Angi and we had Travis and James install our MSI Andover Dakworth we picked out in their showroom. Ask for Steve when calling and he will make sure you are taken care of.

We picked out MSI Everlife Whitfield Ludlow in the Ace showroom and had James and Travis out installing it about a week later. They did a great job and we love our choice flooring.

My tile from the 70â s was cracking in places and I had Ace out for what I thought was a simple repair. Will the sales member suggested we send the broken sample in to be tested for asbestos. I am so glad I listened because I had asbestos through out my basement. We took Aceâ s suggestion and had EME out to remove the tile because so much was already broken and we are glad we listened. We have gran babies playing down there and do not want them getting sick. Ace came back and installed a new floor and we couldnâ t be happier with the final product. Thank you for your honesty and not just covering up something that could become dangerous or could have already been dangerous.

Ace remodeled our kitchen and we couldnâ t be happier. Our Kraftsman Hickory Shaker cabinets have an awesome country look and our Smithcliffs Avery Ash flooring is better than we could have imagined for not being real wood. Shout outs to Wendy and her communication and Scott for how well he communicated during installation and his professionalism.

Our bathroom project is done. We learned a lot. We are thankful we are in our home now and understand how short life really is and we need to focus on us and let everything else go

When I was first considering some remodels I got several quotes. One thing that helped me decide was the great people at Ace and their showroom. It was great to be able to go there and see/touch the materials and see things come together. My salesperson was Will and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. He had some great ideas for pulling the design together. Adam was also very helpful in providing some design concepts for my master bathroom and had ideas for saving some money. Their quotes were comparable and fair. I ended up redoing two bathrooms, adding kitchen backsplash, replacing some flooring and creating a laundry closet. The contractor Mike was great to work with. He was always very responsive to any questions or texts, even on the weekend. The finished product was wonderful and Iâ m happy with the results. I would certainly recommend him for any jobs you have. I liked that all of the material was delivered before the job starts to minimize any delays. We only had a couple of material issues and Will was very responsive to address the issues. I would recommend Ace for any of your needs and I would use them again.

The design is great. I really do love my new shower. I would be much happier if the tile work wasn?t so sloppy and I didn?t have to put down a towel every morning to catch the water that run out the shower doors.

They are the best remodeling service downriver. Last year I got my kitchen renovated. I had little problems but all together they took care of all issues. They reached out to let me know they are recovering from the employment crisis and needed some positive feedback. They are genuine people and a great Christian company.

I recently did some remodeling at my house and I needed to find someone to paint. These guys gave me a great price on painting my home and I couldnâ t be happier.

This companies crews has done a lot for me, from remodeling my kitchen, to installing cabinets. They even redid my floor and tile. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. We've had a few friends use them, and so far Iâ m happy with them.
