Their team had sent me the before and after pictures of the floor. I was totally dumbstruck with the outcome. It looks so marvelous that I can not put it into words. Aces floor services are the best around.

Last month my neighbor recommended me to go with Ace as they have the best showroom downriver. After listening to a lot of options I go to the showroom and meet with Will. We had a great conversation with him. He was very intellectual in suggesting me a floor repair idea and I am so grateful to him. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new floor he gave us an option we could afford.

Ace Kitchen Bath and Flooring is a renowned company to work with. This company was referred to me by my sister. As she praises a lot so I had decided to contact the owner of the company. He was a kind person and very responsive in listening all of my queries. They had offered us a choice in a wide variety of materials cabinets of kitchen. We enjoyed working with Ace. Any problems that came up we re taken care of and that s all we can ask for. We ve had a few bad experiences with other companies so we went into this knowing theres no such thing as a perfect contractor. Ace took care of us and we will recommend them from now on.

All they had to do is replace wall on ceiling and shower walls and remove shower doors. They did a very bad job in caulking, and they never removed the plastic film from the shower area. I did not like it but brainless me paid them anyway. Then had another company come in to do more work in the bathroom. When I asked them to re-caulk the shower, They were the ones that found that She never removed the film. ACE did come out while the other company was working on my bathroom said they would come out but it ended up that 2nd bathroom remodelers fixed the bad job they did. I would not get them again.

Everything was great until we signed the contract. They did not communicate with their sub-contractors what we had discussed when we met with them which resulted in details we specifically requested not being done. They incorrectly measured our cabinets, and we had to wait weeks for the replacement. The floor did not come with proper transition strips and after 3 or 4 weeks they finally tried to order them only to find they do not make it anymore. They put in generic ones that do not look good. One of the sub-contractors continuously lied to us about showing up to complete work. It took 3 months for them to complete something they said would take 2 weeks. Due to that, we had to go on our honeymoon vacation during renovations which was partially ruined by having to come back to an unfinished house and unresponsive contractors. It was a terrible experience and very unprofessional.

They were very professional throughout the process. Anytime we had concerns they worked us through the process. They have a great showroom where we picked out flooring and cabinets. I recommend them to friends and family.

They do not show up, do not return calls and it took 5 months to do a terrible job with details and finishing.

Took 7 months. It is completed now.

This is our first renovation deal, not sure what others expect, but I feel confident in our sales people and believe the company will do a good job.

I hired Ace to install additional cabinets and countertops. The countertops and cabinets are beautiful. They are both made of great quality and have held up well with my young children. I even had an insert installed in one of the cabinets that organizes my storage containers. Also the men who installed my cabinets were polite and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The absolute worst customer I have ever experienced. No returned phone calls. Weeks with no progress.
