John was very responsive when I made initial contact, and was out to the house with samples within the same day. I demolished the old counter-top which he then returned for an exact measurement of the new counter and sink. One week later he arrived with the new counters, and installed them. John was very professional, and honest. I am now having him install a granite counter in my bathroom as well.

We had tried to find a contractor to build a small vanity for our bathroom for several years, and were delighted when we finally found Pro Concepts. Other companies told us the work was too small, they only wanted to handle whole-room renovations. We tried a couple of handymen who didn't respond very quickly (or just left us hanging). John at Pro Concepts got back to us quickly with cabinet and countertop ideas - he had to purchase a cabinet and retrofit it so that it would be shallow enough to fit our space. Then he had to find and cut granite large enough to hold the sink and faucet, but small enough to fit our room. Once the new vanity was in place, he even retrofitted the duct cover that was being partially covered by the new vanity cabinet, so that the duct cover butts right up to the vanity edge. The final look is nice, polished, very professionally done. He worked very carefully, and there was practically no clean-up on our part. I gave the price a and quot;Band quot; grade because I had hoped to pay a little less, but after looking for someone to do this work for a few years, I didn't quibble about the price. He put a fair amount of time into the work, so I was glad to pay for it.

Very Very irresponsible company!!!! Would never use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone!!! He would make appointments and cancel them continuously at the last minute. Says alot to me about how his work might have been. Did not look good to me, so I hired someone else much more responsible!! After he canceled for the second time at the last minute, I knew I would not do business with him. He wanted to try and set another appointment after canceling twice on me at the last minute, and I said NO WAY!!!!

I was pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company throughout the process. Before he started the vanity project, John clearly explained to me the particular issues in one of the bathrooms where the heating vent is located directly under the sink. The previous owner had actually cut off the bottom of the old vanity's doors to allow air from the vent to enter the room. John solved the issue by installing some duct work to allow air from the vent to flow from under the vanity. The price was also quite a bit lower than another estimate I'd received. I was also impressed with how efficiently and effectively he handled the sink reinstallation.

John, from Pro Concepts was referred to me by a friend and came over to my house with many granite samples so i can get an idea for a color match. He measured the kitchen layout giving me ideas to improve my kitchen design as well. There was no charge for the estimate and he was very polite and kind. It took no more than a week from the time i picked out a color to install the counter tops and he also removed my old formica tops as well which saved me time and money hiring someone to remove them. The counter tops look great and im very pleased with his service. I would recommend him to anyone.
