I called Seth from Kings Way as we were buying the house for a cost to replace the roof back in 2010. He was recommended by the agent we were talking with. He gave us a price at that time so we could use that $$'s number with the purchase of the home. We decided that this summer we would replace the roof and gutters. Seth came out and gave us a price that was much better than the other 3 companies we had out. This was a total tear off and all new plywood to go down and ice shield and tar paper and all new can vents with more added. All new gutters and oversize downspout and screens on the gutters to keep the leafs and debris out. They were there for 3 days for the roof and 1/2 day for the gutters. The work went very well and the workers were all very pleasant and seemed like they all liked to work together. We enjoyed having them at our home. They cleaned up everyday before they left except 1 evening when the dumpster was full and I told them it was fine to leave the debris where it was. They came with an empty dumpster and cleaned up in the am. When they were all done we had a few plants and bushes damaged a little but nothing else. They did a great job protecting the house and plants during the tear off and re-roof. It was a messy job and they did a great job. I would have them back for any other work with out reservation.
