Justin, the technician who came out, inspected the issue and came up with the best way to repair it with the least amount of cost. He fixed it the right way and saved me money. I wouldn't call anyone else.

When he replaced the garage door lifting motor, He used some of the exist parts and cables. He didn't even put insulation tape where he connected the old and new cables. When I asked him to explain the functionality , He is not interested to explain so he asked me to read manual simply. While selling it he said it has Bluetooth capability etc. but no use!
