Frank, my repairman, was professional, personable and overall awesome!!! He got the work done very quickly and cleaned up after himself. AND this company gave me same day service within 3 hours of my call and they were $65 to $70 cheaper than the other two companies that I called. I highly recommend Town and Country Door for garage door repairs!

Awesome place for installation of new garage door opener. Very friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up mess. I didn't have a garage opener before so had to do the whole brackets and stuff. Gary did a great job and didn't sell me something I didn't or couldn't use. I had originally went to go with a jack shaft opener but Gary suggested I go with the Belt Driven instead as I don't have any windows or doors to get in garage, except main door. If there was a power outage or it didn't work, they would have to bend the garage door to get in....thus probably having to replace door. So I got a belt driven with battery back up and a deadbolt key for opening the door in that scenario, plus came with all the bells and whistles, like MyQ technology. Walked me thru the code set up and done! And bonus, was cheaper than the original one I was going to get.

The person arrived very late after the scheduled time. While very satisfied with the work, I was disappointed that no one contacted me that the repairman was going to be approximately 2 hours late after the "window" he was to arrive. The company did provide a financial discount.
