Brian did a fabulous job. The torsion spring had broken, and the lift cables snapped. The door was old, and required a fair bit of 'engineering' to repair, but he explained all the steps he was taking. new brackets were installed to support the new spring as the old spring was really really old. He did not try to sell me anything extra, tested everything, even made a new bracket for the door opener and reprogrammed everything. Couldn't be happier with the speed, service, or quality of the work. Highly recommended.
