Called them yesterday and they send their technician Brian out right away this morning! Awesome overall experience, will hire them for future jobs as well!

Called and they showed up within 45 minutes. Broken spring and cables off. Fixed and was done within another 20 minutes.

The first time I hired them they came out and worked on my garage door to improve its ability to smoothly close. That only lasted less than a year. The next time I hire them to come out for the same problem they did a much better job. I had to pay for the second trip out. I should have called them back when they come out the first time, but I though it was just the cold weather causing the problem.

I had a rubber seal for the door bottom , but it was wrong . The installer Jesse went back to the office and got another . He did a great job. Oh by the way he came two days early during sub zero conditions .

I needed a replacement opener for my garage. Brian was at my house within 3 days and had my old opener taken down, and the new one hooked up and ready to be used within 2 hours. He even showed me the features of the opener after he finished. I appreciated the recommendations on a new door replacement as well.

Prompt reply to my inquiry through HomeAdvisor. Put me on their schedule for the next day. Our service tech Brian arrived in the assigned time and phoned ahead when on the way. Repair was done in under an hour. Explained what happened and how to prevent in future. He was very friendly and helpful.

Good work but I was told I would get a call and the repair man was in my garage fixing the problem without me being home and no call.

Jessie was great!! Work was done same day and in the evening when I was home from work. Made the garage repair easier than I thought it would be!
