A top notch pro! A torsion spring of my garage door needed to be replaced and Brian was out the next day to replace. He was very friendly and professional. 30 mins later, I had a working garage door again! I'm highly satisfied with the service. Cost was very reasonable and the overall experience was outstanding. This is the second time I hired this company. We had an issue with our keypad today. The tech came out and offered a couple of options. I chose to replace the keypad. He also checked out the opener and provided a third clicker. All within two hours of my call to the company. Prices seem very fair and more importantly, they valued my time. Great customer service! They were prompt and eager to help. The install was done quickly and efficiently. The new opener is great. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi on the opener is not user friendly at all. I think that the wifi setup should be included in the installation process. Aside from not being able to use the system fully, we are happy with our new garage door opener. Jordan was great.

Hired this company when one of my garage door openers stopped working (I have a 2 car garage, 2 single doors). I decided to have both of my openers replaced since they were 30 years old. The service guy was running late, but was nice enough to call and let me know he would be (I was the last stop of the day). He was very friendly and explained what he was doing, and was extremely receptive to any questions I had. Would definitely hire again.

Brian who installed the opener and setup the remotes and keypad was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the features of the Liftmaster opener.
