Service was beyond excellent! The installer arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us a detailed explanation of the existing problem and provided different options to either repair or replace the equipment. His positive attitude indicated that he sincerely wanted to help us. We were so impressed with his skills and knowledge of the equipment that we recommended the company to our friends, family and coworkers!

The door manufacturer was defunct, and parts were unavailable, but the repair man was able to get it working.

Awesome, quick service. I called several companies and they were all closed on Saturday after 5pm. Called Town & Country and job was finished in less than an hour from the time I called. That's unbelievable for a Saturday evening.

The install they sent out arrived on time and was friendly, He completed the install very fast.

Knowledgeable, excellent work, quick and efficient. I would hire them again, however moving out of the neighborhood.
